My wife and I were on vacation with our 12 year old daughter and my mother. The four of us had a wonderful stay in Carpinteria. The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and not far from the main street, Linden Avenue. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We absolutely "live for making our guests feel at home" while they are with us for a short time at the beach. Over the years, we've welcomed couples celebrating special occasions, families making memories in the sand, friends reconnecting, and travelers discovering Carpinteria for the first time. One of the best parts of hosting is seeing familiar faces return year after year. Those relationships mean a great deal to us.

Our four Carpinteria beach rentals offer something for different kinds of trips: Unit #7 is a cozy studio, Units #29 and #30 are one-bedroom condos, and Unit #65 is a two-bedroom condo that accommodates up to six guests. Each is just steps from the beach, with access to a shared heated swimming pool, BBQ and picnic areas, and gated parking.

We love the simple pleasures here: early walks along the shoreline, coffee and breakfast downtown, browsing local shops, afternoons by the pool, and watching the sky change colors at sunset. You can park the car and explore much of Carpinteria on foot.
