Cute house conveniently located close to the TIEC as well as a bakery and dollar general for quick bites. House was well stocked with essentials, including coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and laundry detergent. Host was quick to respond to questions and the house was set up perfectly upon our arrival. Especially appreciated the simple and easy instructions for departure. Will stay again!

Before I even arrived the host contacted me to let me know he was bringing additional linens and towels. From the time I booked to our departure the host was amazing. So accommodating. The home was clean, two ac units with remote controls, wifi, television with cable TV, laundry, stocked kitchen and a great front porch. It was less than 4 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center which was perfect! We go every year and do not like to drive home after. We will definitely book again whenever we are in the area.

I had a short, but wonderful stay at the Gingerbread house! It was easy to find and navigate the entry process. The house was adorable and had everything I needed. Great communication with the host Joe. I got in later in the evening and he asked if I'd like some lights on - very thoughtful and appreciated. Looking forward to booking another stay when I'm out that way again.

My stay at the Gingerbread House was perfect. House is very clean and the host is extremely helpful and responsive if anything is needed. The house was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Such a cute place, especially at Christmas. Nice property to walk pets if needed. I will definitely stay again.

The Gingerbread House was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The house was very clean and I really appreciated the privacy. My phone got me a little mixed up on directions, but Joe met me and pointed me in the right direction. He even offered farm fresh eggs! I had the best night’s sleep too!The only regret is that I had to get back home and couldn’t stay longer. I love the area and will definitely be back again! Many thanks to the hosts!

The house is on a very clean well with drinking water. Sorry about the windows, there are windows that are facing a secluded area that are uncovered.
