Wonderful location and the room is just as advertised. We walked to several restaurants and bars and to Little Caesars arena to watch the Red Wings. Will definitely seek to stay here again if we come into town for a sporting event.

Very nice studio apartment! I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay with our family and dogs. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants and venues. The studio was clean and cozy, and the building felt secure. Parking was easy and close. The only negative was slow WiFi for work.
This was the perfect stay for us. We visited for a Red Wings game. It is within walking distance to Little Ceasars Arena and many restaurants. Perfect size room. Everything was clean and as described. I would definitely stay again. Communicate with the host was easy.
Very nice studio. Spacious, simple, & clean. Comfortable for four adults if you're willing to share beds or a small family. Would stay there again when in town for an event.

Shelly was a great guest and she is welcomed to come and stay anytime she is in town.
Room was perfect for my quick trip to Detroit. Bed to lay my head, a bathroom and even a kitchen! Host was responsive and made everything very clear cut. This was great walking distance to everything in the area (walked down towards the baseball stadium and even walked to the concert venue The Masonic Temple). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Detroit area! Thanks again!
Fabulous location with plenty to eat within a few minutes and safe to walk around, fancy cars on the street out front, bare bones needs met and clean. Struggled trying to get internet. Code to get in has a star first so remember that.
Washcloths would’ve been nice to have in the shower. Also, the sheets for the “sofa sleeper” which unfolds to become a 4” pad that lays on the floor—we’re not all the way dry, the sheets were laundered nicely and folded in the closet, but they were damp. On a super cold Detroit winter night, the dampness made them even colder. The host was good to replace them very quickly, though.
Ants in the kitchen the first morning. Unable to use the TV because I did not get the PIN to access any programming. No handle on the refrigerator. The outlet where the coffee maker and toaster were plugged in, was just hanging out of the wall, not properly mounted.Host was difficult to contact, seemed to keep very limited hours.Could not get into the building at the end of the first day. There were problems with the key pad and no other access to the building. Host was unavailable to remedy this situation. I managed to get in when another tenant in the building opened the back door. Once inside the outlets in the kitchen were flashing and popping. I packed up and left shortly after that, as staying seemed to be a bad idea.Attempted to contact the host again to be compensated for a trip cut short and got no response. Not sure if this person has other properties in the area, but I would definitely say be careful as this was a badly managed property in many respects.

Love the location here because it was so close to the ball park. However, the place was very dirty and the toilet was broken. The tub was filthy, the counters, the sink, the fridge, the floors, and to top it off there was a sponge on the counter that was so gross, that we didn’t want to even touch it. On top of not being able to use the toilet properly and the dirty place, we also had no idea how to hook into WiFi which is the usual set up. So out of 5 stars, we can’t go anymore than one, because there was just the main things that should have been done that weren’t.
