Newly renovated in 2025, this modern beachfront condo offers breath-taking beach views and a straight walk to the sugary white sand and crystal-clear water! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps 6. Wake in the master bedroom’s king size bed to enjoy the Gulf views from your own private balcony. In the second bedroom, is a queen size bed with another balcony and in the third bedroom: two twins. Only a 5-minute walk to Siesta Key Village, this lovely vacation home is perfectly located for experiencing the best of Siesta Key. Hang out at the onsite pool or cookout with the complementary poolside grilling area. Whether you're relaxing on Just Beachy's private beach or touring the area, this home is sure to provide plenty of wonderful memories that will have you coming back year after year!

- This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

The location and view were fantastic. The one downfall was the "love bugs". We had no idea about these things until we got there. Swarms of these things were all over the place, and unfortunately, they made their way into the home despite efforts. There's not much anyone can do about it- they advised soapy water traps, which helped, but it made for a constant cleanup which isn't exactly something you want to be part of your vacation.The walk to the beach was awesome. The public main beaches are extremely long to get out to the water- which isn't ideal for lugging beach stuff- but you don't have to worry about that with this condo!We'd 100% go back (but make sure the bugs aren't there this time).

Great location steps from beach and so close to Siesta Village, stunning views, quiet area. Great balcony and comfy balcony seats. Very comfy furniture in living room. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The condo had updates, was clean. Easy check-in. Grace was very personable. A little light on simple supplies like trash bags and soap, so you have to purchase some basics. Towels need to be upgraded from the scratchy white hotel kind. Beach supplies were great. Housekeeping dropped off more towels on second day without us asking. TVs were challenging to log into some streaming services. Parking is a bit tight for this unit but you get used to it. Overall a great 5-night stay. We would come back.
