Huge place that has everything you need and more! So much space! You’re minutes away from private beach access, all sorts of dining, and a nice Western style grocery store.

Everything about our stay was terrific - the house, the location, the communication, and support for a great stay. Lizeth was extremely communicative and set up incredible chef service and massages. We were two families with four kids each and we had more than enough room!

It was a pleasure hosting constance and his family ! They were respectful, communicative, and left the place clean and well cared for. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they followed all house rules. I would happily host them again and highly recommend them to other hosts.

Our stay was amazing and I will get to the house in a minute but If you choose to stay here please take your trip to the next level and Hire the Chef!! Victor was outstanding and his food was top notch, from the home made Tortillas and Pupusas to some of the best ceviche I have ever had along with fresh home made soups and meals you will not be disappointed . Now on to the house, our host was great and very communicative any questions we had were answered quickly and check in was very smoothit is in a great and safe location close to the beach the and is in amazing and new condition with well appointed and spacious bedrooms the pool is great to relax in and the misters under the Palapa keep you cool during the heat of the day and make it a great place for your meals.

La casa es muy bonita y acogedora. Las amenidades son ideales (piscina, “ranchito” con hamacas, canasta para jugar basquetbol), y la cocina está muy bien equipada. La casa está a 5 minutos de la playa (en carro), y a 5 minutos del centro comercial El Encuentro, el cual tiene súper mercado, restaurantes, farmacias y tiendas varias. Es una excelente ubicación para disfrutar de El Sunzal, y muy cerca de La Libertad. Muy recondenada.
