The home was spacious and clean. There was so much attention to detail and the little things. We celebrated our daughters birthday and fortunately, they're was even birthday candles. The home is fully equipped for families to enjoy time together or just a group of friends getting away to relax. The host responded very quickly to all our of questions. He was very accomodating and attentive to all our needs.

I spent a long time looking for a place like this for my first home, and I lived here for 5 years; now I’d like to share it with you. I chose this neighborhood because it’s close enough to everything fun, while also being private enough to relax. It was easily the best value Riverfront property at the time, and now it’s the best value riverfront short term rental available

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because you can catch massive fish off the dock (that you can eat), enjoy awe-inspiring sunsets, drive 10 minutes to a Jaguars game or 30 minutes to the beach, & you’re 10 minutes from the Jax International Airport and Jax Cruise Port. Most importantly, you can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of friends, for a steal of a deal
