Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming cottage in a great location. 10 minutes to all sides of Lincoln as we are centrally located in the city. House has been fully renovated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Light, bright and airy. Private master bedroom off the back of the house and two bedrooms upstairs. Also has a large deck and front porch. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee and the house has a fenced in backyard. This soothing retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to unwind in the peaceful surroundings or explore the nearby attractions, this charming cottage is the perfect home base for your vacation. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to take all your belongings. If the item is still on the property, you will need to pay shipping costs. Even if someone is picking up the item, an extra fee will be charged.
Please put furniture back,games/children's toys and all their pieces back into their boxes/bags when finished playing with them.
Adjust thermostat back to 68 for heating, 71 for cooling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated if requested in advance. A $25 early check-in fee or late check-out fee may be applied.
One extra guest over the maximum is allowed but needs to have prior approval and if allowed there will be an extra guest fee applied.
Please note that we do have a pet fee so pets need to be included in the guest count when booking. Please pick up after your pet.
