Everything was amazing ! Everyone really enjoyed the arcade room and the pool with the hot tub. This house was baby friendly and included a crib for my son. we look forward to booking this house in our next visit! steve was also great with communicating with me also !

Fantastic house

We just returned from a 2 week stay with our children and grandchildren. The house is fantstic, it was large enough for 11 of us to have our own space, the children loved the themed bedrooms, the games room and cinema room. The pool and deck are excellent and the location, only 5 minutes walk from the Oasis Club, is ideal. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The owner was really responsive to our questions and check-in was seamless. I will definitely stay here when returning to Orlando.

Family trip

The arcade room was hot, 85 degrees during the day. The maintenance guy, Chris, was fast to respond. He couldn't get it to cool any better. The surround sound in the theater wasnt working, Chris just flipped something and it worked but as soon as he left it stopped working (kinda like when your car makes noise but the mechanic can't reproduce it). All in all, the family still enjoyed the house and pool

Perfect vacation home for large family

We had a blast! This house is perfect for large family with all ages! Arcade room & pool were a hit! We didn’t even make it to the resort pool because the house was so fun! Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located! Very responsive property manager - had a few issues at checkin but were promptly resolved! Would stay again!

Great Location, Wonderfully Spacious Home!

The gated community was superb! The home was located on a corner lot, which was ideal. Very spacious, open concept with conveniences & activities for all ages. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible arcade!

We have stayed at numerous homes in Champions Gate over the years and I can confidently say this one has the best arcade, hands down. We had family members ranging from 4 years old to 75 and everyone loved the high quality games! (The rest of the house is fantastic as well and just as advertised!)

Lots of space for family

Great communication with owner. Lots of space. Heated Pool and hot tub worked well! Movie room and game were were fun additoons. But some repairs were needed. One dryer upstairs didnt work, one of the game room games didnt work, and towel rack andntoilet paper holder were broke in upstairs bathroom. Outsode cushions needed replaced, very stained. Overall a nice place for the 12 people in our family.

Loved this house!

My family loved this house. The arcade and pool kept the kids busy at night and we loved watching their excitement. It was close to Universal Studios which is where we spent our time. I would definitely rent this home again.

Mixed Review

The house is huge and will sleep a ton of people. The arcade in the garage was fun to have. The house is overall clean, but is in need of a deep clean for baseboards, vents, and dust on walls. If you are visiting Disney World, the drive can be anywhere from 30 mins to an hour depending on the amount of traffic. The property manager is very responsive. Had issues with WiFi, dryer and spa heating and he fixed them right away.

Good time had by all

This property was everything it said it was. My grandsons especially loved the arcade room, pool and gaming/movie room. Host response was quick and property manager was prompt to respond as well. One thought, it would have been nice if hand towels and a couple of potholders were provided. Loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Our stay at Champions Gate

Brilliant property, we did have a problem with the air conditioning but the maintenance chap sorted it out really quickly. The kids loved the swimming pool.

A wonderful family vacation

Vacations are great. Once a year it is awesome to come together as a family as we all gather from our individual homes and come under one roof to remember who we once where as a family and to celebrate who we have become. 20 of did this and your home held us very well and combined comfort with a lot of extras. The only downside was at the beginning of our trip the neighborhood itself was full of trash every where.

Nice House, nice neighborhood

The house was nice and as advertised. Only issue we had was a water leak during our stay. Maintenance was called and the situation was corrected. Also, the traffic in the morning and evenings was terrible on the entries and exits to I-4 an due to road construction.

Many memories were made

This home was perfect for our party of 13, which included 7 adults, 2 20 somethings, 1 teenager, 2 school-age boys and a 2 year old. I am not sure which amenity the kids AND the adults loved the most. The pool, arcade and the movie room were all huge hits. The parks were a short drive away and many nearby grocery stores and restaurant options to keep our fridge and bellies full. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again. (And I think my kids will force me) Thank you for the hospitality Cary!

OMG!!! AMAZING!!!!

This home was so much fun to stay in.. no one was ever bored!! What you see in the pictures is what you get and more…a beautiful kitchen and a media room to die for!!! The bedrooms were all themed and were just amazing .. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was as well.. the owner thought of everything!!! Highly recommend ….my family loved their stay and were never Bored.. this home is beautiful and we will be returning!!! Thank you Cary for sharing your amazing home with us!!

I chose champions gate due to being close to all amenities and parks. Along with the beautiful atmosphere champions gate has to offer. Essentially champions gate is its own piece of paradise with all it has to offer such as pools , splash pad, 2 golf courses, Oasis Cmub and more.

What makes this property unique

Our property has everything you may need while on vacation such as a full arcade, 8 bedrooms , 5 bathrooms, pool and hot tub everything you would want for large groups without feeling cramped.
