Discover this 2-bedroom cottage in Marienville. This cozy house features 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds, and a living room with a comfy sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of AC, heating, and a hair dryer during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. We can't wait to welcome our guests to this enjoyable retreat. The property is close to route 66 and we recommend that lighter sleepers sleep in the back bedroom or with a fan on.


The property has ample room for trailer parking and is close to nearby entrances to snowmobile and ATV trails. Take advantage of over three acres of open field and the enjoyment of two fire pits. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

A couple friends and I came to Marienville for the Tour De Forest ATV ride and stayed here a couple nights. The house was wonderful, clean, and had plenty of room for all of us. Michael gave great instructions for our stay and we had no issues!!! Will be back to this property for sure!!

This rental is a great property and a great value. The house was clean and organized. The amenities and little extras made it very much like being in your own home (or better ). The bedroom fan covered up any road noise. The furniture was comfy. Plenty of room in and out to wander. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolute perfect house and accomodations! Centrally located for everything we wanted to see in the Allegheny National Forest. Not very restful since the house is mere feet from a 55mph road though. But we are a family of light sleepers! Thanks again.

The back bedroom is quieter and I do suggest that guests stay there who are lighter sleepers. Running a ceiling fan is usually adequate for guests at night time. I am looking at white noise machines too.

Well we had to get a hold of Mike to plow and he had it plowed. Still snowed more. 15 inches. Definitely need good tires and 4WD in winter. Otherwise the cabin was perfect for our needs.
