Great stay with a friend of mine for some spring skiing. Just a few blocks from the lake and restaurants and shops in Tahoe City. Communication with host was excellent, check in and accessing the property was a breeze. Would definitely stay at again!

Great property, just as described. Beach and shops and restaurants walkable. Yard is great for dog. Deck is lovely to sit and enjoy the weather. Plenty of room for 8 adults.

The home was lovely and well appointed. So comfortable and cozy it was a wonderful place to spend a snowy week in February. I would do sure return again.

We really enjoyed the prime location of this property, which was within walking distance of downtown Tahoe City, the lake, playgrounds, and Commons Beach. The communication and responsiveness of the management team was also excellent. Whenever we had a question or issue, they were quick to respond and address it.There are a few areas that could use improvement. Overall cleanliness could be better, as we noticed visible stains on some pillows, blankets, and the sofa, as well as areas that appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen appliances needed additional cleaning, and we had to rewash the silverware before using it. The outdoor sofas were also quite dirty, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space.Additionally, we felt the photos don’t completely reflect the property’s current condition. The home appears more modern and updated in the photos, while in person it felt somewhat more worn and well-used.Overall, the location and responsiveness of the team were definite highlights, but we think some additional attention to cleanliness and updating the property would make for a much better guest experience.
