This beautifully maintained two-bedroom home is located right in the heart of Narragansett's Pier—one of the most sought-after coastal neighborhoods in Rhode Island. Featuring a refined transitional design and boutique-style finishes, every inch of this home reflects thoughtful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This uniquely enjoyable home offers three outdoor sitting areas. Have your morning coffee on the side porch with a gentle breeze from the ceiling fan while you plan your day. Grill on the rear deck or just kick back and relax with good conversation. When the sun is too hot then use the remote to extend the Sunsetter awning! Finish off your day while enjoying a drink and watching the sunset on the front porch.

Just minutes from Narragansett Beach and footsteps from beloved restaurants and local shops, the location offers the perfect blend of seaside charm and walkable convenience. Whether you're spending the day at the beach, enjoying a cozy dinner in the Pier, or unwinding on the deck in Adirondack chairs overlooking the spacious yard, this home offers the best of coastal living.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Location and cleanliness exceptional. House is nicely updated and spacious The only television is in dining area, making tv viewing uncomfortable master bedroom is very bright—skylights and 4 windows are lacking any room darkening window treatments. Mattress and linens quite nice Kitchen is well stocked but could use serving pieces Deck and yard are delightful.

We are equally thrilled that you commented on the exceptional cleanliness of our home. We put our heart and soul into re-doing our property. It is more than a house to us – it is personal - our story dates back over 35 years ago when we re-built this turn of the century house. 36@ThePier is so special to us. As an initial introduction, our home came to market toward the end of the summer season of 2025 leading to your shoulder season reservation. But, we wanted to get it out there while knowing that we have more to do! And, so, we concur with you; we will be installing additional TVs and retractable shades on the lovely skylights in the master bedroom. Glad that you enjoyed the bed! Our hope was that the Dreamcloud mattress would be appreciated. Thank you for your stay and pleased that you enjoyed the bottle of wine we had left for you. J We can’t wait for many folks to come and enjoy all that our home has to offer in The Pier! It really is a one-of-kind rental!
