This beachfront apartment is bright and airy with an ambience of simple elegance. There are 2 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 bathrooms, eye-catching beach and ocean views from every room, and a balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the Isla Verde beach. The apartment dining and living room areas are open to the balcony. A refreshing sea breeze flows through the apartment when the balcony doors are open.

The apartment is located in the Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) Tower

- Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5)

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests configured as follows:
Master bedroom: one king-sized bed for 2 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen-sized bed for 2 guests.
Living area: sofa bed for 1 guest.
All rooms have full-size closets with a desk area in the master suite.
Each room has ceiling fans and air conditioning units.
Flat-screen cable televisions are located in the master suite and living room.
There is free WiFi internet access.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry.
Kitchen items include a coffee maker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware.
A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for light loads.
For heavier loads, there are coin-operated laundry facilities in the building.

Starter Kit: We provide a "welcome set" of essentials to get your vacation started comfortably (1 bodywash, 1 shampoo, 2 paper towels -per bathroom, paper towel, dish soap, sponge, 2 garbage bags and small amount of laundry detergent). The property is equipped with freshly laundered linens and towels. We offer 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels, no handtowels), 1 beach towel per guest. NO BEACH CHAIRS, NO COOLER, NO UMBRELLA. You can rent them as needed in the beach entrance.


Before arrival, please provide the name of the guests, copy of their IDs and ETA. You will receive check-in instructions the same day of your arrival at 3:30pm. Welcome to your vacation home!

Green Island Realtor was very good property manager and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. The apartment was furnished well but the cooking utensils were somewhat lacking. Apartment lacks a toaster oven.

This host cancelled our stay the day before we were getting off a cruise and planned on staying in San Juan till our flights. While on the ship I got notification the night before we got off that they had cancelled our stay without talking to us and stranded us in San Juan to find an alternative. When I called them to ask why they cancelled they just said they would call us back and never did.

We had a very nice stay overall. We had some difficulty getting into the condo initially as well as getting the parking fob from security. There were minor cleanliness issues with the master bath, but a little cleaning on our part remedied that. The view and convenience were amazing which made up for any minor issues.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, clean, close to shops and great restaurants. The location is only steps away from the beach. The beach is very clean, quiet and relaxing. Only small issue was the lock on the front door kept getting stuck which i alerted staff about. Easy and friendly communication with owners/staff. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10 for sure!! I'll be back!

My trip to PR was great. Apartment was beautiful over all. Only very small issue I had was the communication was host was very slow but she was very nice over all. Bed sheets / a couple towels had a few old make up stains. But other than that beautiful apartment, amazing views!

My husband and I have visited PR many times and love the island!This was the first visit for our sister and husband from Denver.They too love San Juan!The property is lovely, clean and modern. We did have difficulty with the keys and garage fob, but had great assistance from the security staff.

About the Owners: I am originally from Puerto Rico and grew up close to Isla Verde beach. My husband is originally from New Zealand and we both absolutely love this apartment, its location and amazing views to a fantastic well kept beach. We were attracted to this specific condo due to the ocean views and incredible ocean breeze that is felt throughout the apartment. You immediately sense tranquility from the moment you park in the covered parking space adjacent to the elevator and walk into the apartment. We enjoy traveling and having the International airport and car rental facility close to our home. This property has only one previous owner since it was built. We purchased this apartment in 2016 and respect that we are the second owners. We have renovated and remodeled the interior with simple elegance. Hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we enjoy sharing it with you.
