Enjoyed our stay, location great. Noticed could use some new beach chairs two were rusted and stained which left stains on bathing suits. Shower head in back bedroom was partially clogged. Slider to balcony hard to move.

The host was very easy to communicate with and ready to address any concerns, The condo was clean and very homey feeling. Out of 10 I would rate it a 9 as for staying some place I assume many others have stayed. I would definitely stay again.

We were given an incorrect code for pool and beach access. Fortunately another guest shared theirs. Kitchen cabinets were filled with previous guests unused grocery items. Asking guests to launder beach towels without in unit washer and dryer was awkward. Had to wait for laundry units to become available the last night of our stay. The unit itself needs maintenance. Lighting in master bath was strobing. Couldn’t run the fan in dining area without the light on. The facility itself was very nice. Pool was clean. Beach was lovely. Location was perfect with many restaurants and shops nearby.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, and it's our favorite place to go each year. The balcony is wonderful for early morning coffee and for watching the sun set into the Gulf. It's well stocked with anything you could need. Highly recommend.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed for our week’s vacation. Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. All the extras in the kitchen was appreciated as were the beach items in the closet.

Nice condo overlooking the beach. Our contact, Sue, did a very nice job of communicating with us. Provided the necessary information needed for our stay and was prompt in replying to questions we had. It was nice having two bedrooms. And we felt safe on the premises.
