Do not sit on indoor furniture with wet bathing suit. Use outdoor showers to remove sand prior to entering condo. Maximum stay for 2025 is 10 days.

Kat was very welcoming and the communication was great during the booking phase.Coastal dreams is the perfect place to get away. The condo was immaculately clean, with all the amenities that you would need. It is quiet and steps away from the ocean. Also a quick drive to the downtown hotspot! I will definitely be back.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed 2 weeks and did not want for anything ie enough towels, sheets, pillows, dishwasher and laundry supplies to name a few. The best part was enjoying the ocean view and hearing the waves crash on the beach while sitting on the deck!

Kat and Shawn have a lovely, updated, beach front condo!! The condo is very well stocked with amenities for the kitchen, bath, and laundry needs, as well as beach chairs and umbrella. The location of the condo, on Anastasia Island, we found to be perfect - quiet and a bit secluded, while also being very close to stores, restaurants, and near historic St. Augustine. The beach in front of the condo complex is beautiful, great for long walks! The overall complex where the condo is located is well maintained, not too big and plenty of parking. The complex has two pools, but they are not heated. We appreciated the communication prior to arrival and availability of the owners for any questions once we arrived. We will look forward to returning!

I thoroughly enjoyed the six weeks I spent at this condo. It is nicely updated and well maintained. My favorite part was the extremely easy beach access. With the beach only a two-minute walk away, I was out there all the time for a run or reading a book. I recommend a late morning walk on the beach up to the pier (1hr), then cut over to A1A for lunch at the diner and walk back. The view and the balcony are great. You can see the ocean while doing some work on the couch. The shower is great and the bed is comfy. The induction cooktop is cool. Kat was always responsive and helpful when I had a question.

We are from Western NY near Buffalo originally but have travelled all over the United States and St Augustine is one of our favorite places. We now live about an hour away and are happy to share our ocean front condo with you.

Why they chose this property

St Augustine is a magical city with tons of history. It holds a special place in our hearts and from the moment we visited we knew we'd love to own a beach condo here one day. Now our dream has come true and we are happy to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

This property not only has a beautiful ocean view balcony but it's suited for those that have allergies like me. I take special care to have fragrance free detergents and low fragrance cleaning products. It also has 100% cotton linens and yoga gear! So there's no need to stop your yoga routine while on vacation. But if that's not your speed that's ok too. There's plenty to do in the area. Or you can just chill out at the pool or in the comfortable living room. You are on vacation, do whatever you please!
