The house has great charm and is beautifully decorated down to even the smallest details (door jams are painted to match house). The bathroom would benefit from a fan but I wonder if that’s not possible due to the age of the house. The kitchen and bathroom have all the items you could need. It is excellent walking distance to town and nice to not have to pay to park in town. The neighborhood felt safe even walking back from town at night. We would stay here again.
The house was very nice. Just what we needed. The weather (out of anyones control) didn't help much but an overall good trip to St. Augustine. The exterior and the yard could use some attention. Some exterior lights didn't work , the seat pads need cleaning. The only other glitch was the microwave. It took some time and trial-and-error to get it to work properly. The decor and style inside the house were unique and nicely done. Proximity to Downtown was a big plus. Overall, it was a good choice for our visit and I would stay there again.
The Lawn end in northern three months it was garbage all over the back the handle fell off of the grill I called nobody ever showed up. There were dead trees hanging in the live trees. They were falling in the yard couldn’t even park my car in the driveway. Place needs a lot of work three dining chairs one had broken leg. tall rack in the bathroom was off the wall called. Nothing done about that either.
Beautiful old Victorian- nicely updated, very cleanWe had a few things go wrong that were addressed immediately- so not really a problem If you love the charm of an old house, this is the place to beIt was spacious and roomy and very cleanWe walked to St. George Street with no problems

Thank you for staying with us! We hope to host you again in the future.
We ran into issues with check in due to flooding issues in the city. However, the property manager took the time before we even left for the trip to let us know this may be an issue and they had a backup place for us if needed. Communication was amazing. The house was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The location was superb for walking down town with our two 9 year olds. We would stay here again. If you have mobility issues, then it may not be a great choice due to the only bathroom being on the first floor.
This house has been renovated with fun creative touches and quirky furnishings. The only issue was that I rented it for 2 days, but the entry code was only good for 1 day. A call remedied that.
