Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all food items and dispose of trash in receptable in back shed.
Lock door with key. Make sure to return key in designated lockbox n rotate dial.
Exit property and lock outside gate with key and place key in lockbox n please rotate dial. Confirm gate n lockbox are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be mindful of neighbors and other guest. We have a backyard that can be used and shared but do not leave trash around. No smoking.
No unregistered guest allowed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
No hot water. Locks difficult to use. Host became very angry and insulting when I complained.

We try to respond with guest needs right away in fact when you had difficulty opening the lockbox to retrieve the key you called us and we answered right away and I was able to walk your husband through it. You became upset when you realized that the phone number you dialed was in another state and remarked that I wasn't there on site to assist when most str owners or host are not on property. I had other guest on property and they didnt have any issues entering. But I listen to my guest needs and make improvements when possible and decided to change the entry 🔐 lock to make it easier for many.

This neighborhood has a very diverse culture and it's so easy to get around. With lots of things to do such as take in a concert, visit the botanical gardens, stroll through San juan or go shopping than you will be close by. You have the luxury of using mass transit or call for an uber to get you around town easily.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique in the sense that it's close to the city but it has much of a residential feel with all it's 3 fruit trees in the backyard that you can enjoy depending on the season.
