The property was beautiful, and a close drive to downtown. Celebrated a friend’s birthday and it was very accommodating for a group but would also be great for multi family! Will visit again!

Host was responsive and helpful. The cleaning of this property left something to be desired. They refer number of handprints on the walls, and the cabinets in the vanity have not been vacuumed out. One of them had a lot of hair in it. The couch in the main living area needs upholstery cleaning.There are a number of dogs in the neighborhood who were pretty loud at night. There are good running trails on the Greenbelt nearby. The Neighbourhood is a little bit sketchy.

Beautiful property that seems very new. The photos matched the in-person experience! The home was clean and we appreciated the slippers provided to use upstairs since the host requested no shoes on the new carpet. The home was also nicely decorated and felt very cozy. We enjoyed the convenient location and also the game tables. So much fun! We hope to be back!

This is a fairly new and modern-decorated home in a transitional neighborhood. The pictures online are accurate. Julie was easy to communicate with and check-in/check-out was easy. It is just a short drive from downtown Dallas. Close to Dallas Love Field. Cons: 1) The house was not adequately cleaned when we arrived. It had balls of hair mixed with dust behind a few of the bathroom doors, like the cleaning people swept it into a pile but never discarded it. Bed linens had stains. Baseboards had dust. 1/2 bathroom toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned. Julie was great about getting someone to come over and clean the house the next morning after we checked-in (we arrived late night on check-in day.) 2) The neighborhood is in transition. A few modern houses built amongst older homes. 3 churches within 1-2 blocks. Lots of people gathering at the closed gas station a few blocks away, some sketchy people walking up and down the street, cars driving by with loud music, and neighbors playing loud music. I was with a group so felt safe with the group, but would not have felt safe as single female.

We do want to address your concerns for future guests: as soon as you notified us about the cleaning issues upon arrival, we immediately arranged for our cleaning team to return the very next morning and take care of everything you mentioned. We pride ourselves on being responsive, and we acted quickly to ensure your stay was comfortable. Regarding the neighborhood, it is indeed a transitional area with new builds alongside older homes, and while the location is central and convenient, we understand it may not be the same feel as a quiet suburb. We’ve hosted many groups who have enjoyed their stays and felt safe, and we continue to monitor and maintain both the home and guest experience to the highest standards. We appreciate your comments as they help us keep improving, and we want all future guests to know we take feedback seriously and always respond quickly to ensure a great stay.
