Make lasting memories staying at this well appointed 3 bedroom townhouse condo located at the Village of Loon right off the Kangamagus. This condo is centrally located to all fun activities. The condo is close to all the attractions- Clark's Trading Post, Whales Tale Water Park, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, and many more. There is also plenty of outdoor activities as well with hiking, biking, snow, and cross country skiing. Loon Mountain is right across the street for top notch skiing. The shuttle bus to Loon runs right past the condo. In Addition the property is close to plenty of great dining options.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 people. Sleeping arrangements includes a lower level large master bedroom with private bath. Bedroom includes king size bed and a set of bunk beds. A second bedroom is on the main entrance level and contains a king size bed. The upper level bedroom contains a a full size bed and a set of bunk beds.
The main level of condo offers an open concept living area with gas fire place. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/counter area for your in home cooking needs. No parties or pets.

Perfect spot for ski weekend

This is a perfectly located, spacious and comfortable condo with plenty of space for two families on three levels, a well stocked kitchen, two full baths and access (short drive or walk) to rec facility with two pools, sauna and hot tubs. Five minutes from Loon, with shuttle. Great communication with host. Will stay again!

Loon Getaway

Awesome condo close to everything in the White Mountains

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and had everything you need for a family stay.. Nice quiet neighborhood with club access and fantastic location right in the middle of all the attractions. Hiked Moosilake one day, hit the water park, gorges, and north conway. The trail to Whaleback and Flume was right behind the house. Very comfortable and well taken care of. Really clear instructions and very bice homeowner. We will be back for sure!

Perfect for skiing at Loon

This condo is terrific for a ski vacation. It is well equipped with everything you need to be on the slopes easily. We also really appreciated the proximity to gorgeous hikes in the White Mountain National Forest. We had a lovely stay!

Property was very clean which was important to us at this time. Great location, very comfortable, has everything you need and would stay there again. Right across the drive is the bridge/creek in the pictures which was a lot of fun for our ten year old to explore the creek.

Perfect mountain getaway

We were very happy with the condo at Loon Village. The location is perfect (near town, Loon Mountain, and several tourist sites). We used the recreation area with multiple pools, went on some nice walks around the property, and visited Whales Tale and a few local restaurants. The condo was well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable (pots, pans, and other kitchen items, extra blankets, towels, etc) as well as games and a grill on the deck. The bedrooms were large with one queen bedroom and two bedrooms with queen bedrooms with bunk beds. Great set up for families traveling together. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We had a great stay a well and a great time. The condo was set up very well with everything that we needed along with some extra touches. I was very impressed. We stayed for a week and skied just about every day. We've been to Loon a bunch of times and this location is perfect. Curt was great to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
