What a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, clean, nicely stocked with appliances, utensils and spices! The backyard with firepit was really nice with lots of seating! Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving there. Would definitely book again.
The place itself was beautiful with plenty of amenities. The check in process was difficult, and the tourist organization they used almost seemed like I was getting scammed. I had to upload my ID multiple times for check in (which I have never had to do for any sort of rental site) and when I was messaging the host it was someone different from the organization that used a different way of signing off and company representation every time. We also had an issue with the wifi the first night, but it got fixed with customer service. The location was nice, in a neighborhood with plenty of other new builds. The drive to New Braunfels was great! However, there was construction on one of the new houses next door which definitely lowered the value of the stay in my opinion. One of the doors they had installed continued to bang against the hinges/frame all night long. Obviously this is a time restrained complaint, as construction will probably be done within the coming months. Overall, it was a good stay, just difficult to work with the tourist agency they used.
