Spent 6 nights Oct 2026. Have stayed in multiple units at AS&R over the years, love this beautifully maintained property and the convenient location. Some of the furnishing/art a bit outdated, but we enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this unit to friends and family. Local, very responsive property manager and maintenance. Barefoot Amelia deserves 10 stars! We had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved right away. Messages and texts received quick response.Pros:Affordable rates for the seasonSecond floor overlooking pool, close to elevator and stairsRoomy layoutComfy furniture (living & dining) and beds Nice linensLOTS of supplies like paper products, dish and laundry, cleaning, coffee pods, etc.

Great stay at this nicely-appointed and convenient condo. Beautiful view from balcony and easy access to pool and beach. Very clean throughout, except for a few carpet stains. Well stocked with bath/beach linens and paper products. Kitchen updated with newer appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cookware, but no starter staple cooking items like oil & seasonings so need to bring your own or purchase at nearby grocery. Over the years we have stayed in different units at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club and would definitely stay in this unit again!
