Specialty gift shops, turn of the century Hardware Store, Ladies and Men's clothing boutiques surround you. One block from the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers at Union Point Park! This condo is a one bedroom, one bath unit furnished including a washer and dryer. The New Ben City Hall is in front of the building as well as the playground and church yard of Christ Episcopal Church.

I am the proud third generation owner of Branch’s Furniture located just below the condo. I am married with two wonderful children. My hobbies include inshore and offshore fishing and hunting. I enjoy spending time on the water from New Bern to the coast with my family and friends.

Perhaps the most convenient property located in the center of our beautifully restored historic business district. I am just below in my furniture store if you need anything at all.
What makes this property unique
I designed an built this condo in 2003 while expanding my family business below. The unit is very quiet and well appointed with heavy moulding, custom cabinets, granite and bronze hardware from England.
