Beautiful little house! Very safe little neighborhood. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and inviting. We were a little stressed with the check in process, which ended just fine. The owner was so sweet and helpful. We'd stay here again.

The pictures did not show just how weathered this house was. When we arrived we found there to be no hot water and had to turn up the water heater as well as the heat in the house. This particular place is for sale so we also experienced a random couple stopping by and peaking into the windows as we were ataying there. Unfortunately it was a place to just rest our heads and get out of there. Did not have a comfortable vibe and we were anxious to leave.

So sorry you did not have a good experience. Everything is new so I am not sure what is weathered. I am horrified that anyone would go peek in the windows, I blocked out the dates so no agents would show it. It is under contract so no one should even be there. I am so sorry about that. We have always had plenty of hot water and the thermostat is available to set at your desires. Thanks for letting me know your issues.

We chose this house because it was actually cheaper than a hotel. It was good enough for us, we didn't spend a lot of time there since we were visiting with relatives at their house. There was ample bedding, pillows and towels, although some of the bedding and bed pillows were pretty worn and should be replaced. I was annoyed that there was only one out of four working light bulbs in the bathroom. We found some extras in a closet and had to replace them and also one of the bedroom lamp bulbs. The property managers should give this a good deep cleaning. It seemed like it hadn't been done in awhile and that corners and out of the way places were kind of dirty. The updates to the kitchen and bath are nice, but should be maintained properly to stay nice. The property contact communicated well and messaged me as promised with the access code and other information.
