The home is 1900 square feet with large picturesque windows that allow for outstanding lake views, approximately 20 feet above the water level. Sunsets are especially amazing from this location, as well as the stars that light the night sky- be sure to check out the Milky Way! The evenings can get pretty cool, even during the summer months, so be sure to bring some warm attire for outside!
Our cozy home is a great getaway to relax, unwind, and soak in the sun!!

The property was well stocked with necessities, such as tissues, waste baskets, and basic kitchen items. We were very impressed with the ease of staying there, and the hosts were very responsive. A great place to stay!
Our family had such an amazing week staying at this waterfront beach house. Lots of memories we won't forget. The owners were great to work with and helped us with anything we needed. We definitely be back!
The house was very comfortable for our family for the week. All the exras were great from the kitchen to the canoe/kayaks. The lake is beautiful and water crystal clear. We spent most of our time by the water.
This is our second year in a row staying here . They house is clean and cozy . All the essentials are provided . We love it here . Owners response times are quick.
Property was beautiful and peaceful. There were deer and wild turkeys each day along our drive and even in the driveway. House was well stocked and comfortable. Thank you for sharing!
Our family had a great time at Cyndee’s Lakehouse. The home had everything needed for a great time on the lake. The house was stocked with all the amenities in the kitchen and the bathrooms that you would have your own home. Most of our time was spent on the beautiful new dock enjoying the lake.
Had a wonderful time but the lake in June is very cold. Unfortunately the beach and dock were flooded and unusable. Just bad timing for us. Overall had a nice time, the house was great.

Thank you for your feedback. June 2022 was an unusually wet and cold month. The lake level was exceptionally high due to the large amount of precipitation across the Pacific Northwest, reaching over a foot above the normal summer range. This has never happened before in the 10 years of owning the property. We are sorry to hear the weather affected your stay- please feel welcome to visit again in the future.

The property worked for us as it was in between Coeur d’Alene and Harrison. The road was a bit rough. Neighbors were nice. The owners had the place set up nicely as a rental on the lake. We enjoyed our stay
Perfect location with days on the water, campfires at night, and a well stocked led cabin. Stayed nice and cool despite no AC and 90 degree weather. Def will be coming back some day!
Amazing views. Words can’t explain how amazing the view is. The property is great location. The owner provides a lot of the essentials which is a plus! The house has a very homey feel to it. The location of the home is great as it sits between Downtown Harrison as well as Coeur D Alene. The owner also provides kayaks and all the necessary gear. Plenty of refrigerator space! We will be back!
Our group of two families had a fantastic week at Craig and Cyndee’s home on Lake CDA. Location on the lake was excellent, and the house was well-stocked and very clean. We spent most of our time relaxing down at the water or cooking meals and eating on the upper patio. The treed lot kept the house fairly cool during the day. We enjoyed a few thunderstorms and saw eagles and osprey. Craig communicated quickly and professionally. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!
We absolutely loved our stay in Coeur d'Alene. This is a fantastic location with wonderful views, a cozy vibe, and good energy. My husband and I came with my 11 year old step son and my husbands parents who are in their late 60's. The pantry was well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and we actually rarely saw people. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area was in general.
Everything was clean and everything worked in the home. It is a great place to have some relaxing family time. We used the kayaks and the canoe which was fun.
Casual nice spot with a great view. Highly Recommend.
If your goal is to spend as much time as possible on, in or near the lake this is your spot. This home is set up to enjoy the lake. There are water toys, a grill, two tables and two refrigerators outside.
The hosts have equipped the home well. Bring your personal toiletries and food and you are set.
If you are used to a memory foam or firm mattress the beds will seem too soft. Overall, I would rent this place again.
Oh, be sure to get a sandwich from the Hutton Generals store. You will be pleasantly surprised with the service and the sandwich.
Our family totally enjoyed the house and the lake. What a great location and the lake is clean and joy to swim in. The dock worked perfectly for our ski boat and trips to the town were easy and super fun. Craig and his wife were great hosts and left the house in great shape. What a wonderful place to spend time with the family!
Perfect location a short drive from CDA. Quiet with private dock for swimming and boating. Comfortably sleeps six with well stocked kitchen and fridge. Looking forward to our next stay!
Wonderful home, thank you for sharing Cyndee and Craig. Everything we could have hoped for and more, amazing view, great dock, comfortable amenities, perfect location on the lake. We boated, swam, fished, cooked s’mores, watched stars and just enjoyed ourselves as a family at this beautiful location. Thanks again!
We love staying at this house. The beds are comfy, there's foozeball upstairs, good wifi/streaming, and the dock and lake! There is no AC, so if you run into 109 deg days like we did, it gets a little warm, but not intolerable (the house never got above 80 inside). We rented a jetski and pontoon from Harrison Water Adventures and they delivered right to the dock! We never had to leave the property the entire time we were there. We'll definitely be back!
Craig is wonderful to work. Property is well stocked with everything you need. Views from windows which are huge are stunning. Lots of stairs (be prepared) but probably made the views as stunning as they are. Great memories made. Thanks Craig

Welcome to our lake house on Lake Coeur d’ Alene. Come relax and enjoy Idaho's most beautiful lake. My family purchased this property to be our own personal get-away and haven’t been able to get enough. My husband and I grew up in the area and used to take our children out on the water every single summer with our boat- even after moving to Arizona. With this home, we can keep the tradition going and don’t ever need to leave the water. Currently, we cannot spend the entire season here and have decided to share our vacation spot with others. It is so relaxing and peaceful; we are sure you will agree!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property due to its private setting and close proximity to downtown Coeur d’ Alene- just a quick 30 minute drive. Our house is located in an upscale community and is very private. We also like the east side of the lake because of the great sun exposure. In northern Idaho, the warm summer days are a welcome treat and this location won ’t force you to chase that summer sun! The view is beautiful with tall mountains and crystal clear water.
What makes this property unique
Minutes from world class golf, biking events, hiking, and boating/sailing. Enjoy your own private beach and dock where you can moor your own watercrafts. The water is very clean and refreshing, letting you spot fish before they spot you! Our cozy lake home on driftwood point has everything you need for making a great vacation and memories.
