Great location for any ASU families. The building offers a wide range of amenities and is very well-maintained. I'll definitely be staying here in the future.
Clean, great location, easy access, wonderful gym and rooftop. Hot water wouldn’t get hot at night, the TV/remote did not work, washer/dryer combo didn’t fully dry clothes.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
I normally never write reviews, but in this case I had to.
1. The pictures in the ad did not match the room. You could tell that they were similar rooms, but the furniture was laid out wrong.
2. The bed was a Murphy bed that folded down, but it had broken wooden slats so it felt like sleeping on monkey bars.
3. When I walked into the room, there was only one chair, but it was broken and shoved in the corner.
4. The coffee maker was dirty with used grounds in it. When I went to go wash it in the kitchen sink all the rotten food from the disposal, which hadn’t been run floated up, making the room smell rancid like vomit.
5. The handle pulled off the inside, showered door when I first stepped in.
6. The TV set on the kitchen counter on an angle, but there was no place in the room that you could sit and see the entire TV. It was angled on the counter and wedged behind the refrigerator.
The Murphy bed has a slat roll and a very thin mattress. I weigh about 200 lbs and felt like I was laying on the wood. Got used to it by the 2nd night. The key fob didn’t work on first night and security had to let me in my room. Front desk helped me out the following day. Front desk was pretty good the whole time including the day of checkout when they gave me a separate key fob to co tinie using pool and gym after I turned in my room key fob at 10:00. The pool was so cold it was more of a cold plunge. I forced myself to stay in for 5 minutes and when I got out my beer felt warm in my hand compared to the water temperature. I’m sure this was a fluke. Overall the location was really good for my work at the convention center. It took less than 10 minutes to walk there straight down Monroe. The neighborhood is great. Check out the cactus cloud cafe for coffee and breakfast burrito and sandwich (both phenomenal). The gym was good, they actually have barbells and some decently heavy dumbbells and kettlebells so I got in some high intensity workouts. The balcony area on 8 has grills and plenty of seating. The unit had a full kitchen with lots and pans and dishes I could have used to cook if needed. Of the mattress was better I would have gone 5 stars without a doubt.
