Fully furnished private pool Villa, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with double door fridge, microwave, conventional oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and cookware. Dinning room, living room, TV room, a large terrace with beautiful golf course and pool view with bar and BBQ area 2 steps from the pool. Wifi, air conditioning and fans in 5 bedrooms, kitchen, TV room, reading terrace, laundry room, please, ask for the laundry service, additional fee is applicable. Fantastic Home, Wonderful Host

Our extended family (three families) of 13 agreed this home provided our best vacation ever. The outdoor area provided hours of enjoyment for all, and our host, Sol and her husband Carlos were very welcoming, friendly and responsive to our every request. We could not recommend this home more highly.

Great service, but the house needs a lot of maintenance

We found a leak in the ac, a hole in the roof if one if the rooms, a broken umbrella which was the inly one given shade to the pull, but besides that. It is a nice house, locations is great and close to a lot of ammenities

Property was ok, but the pictures were a lot nicer. AC is not in all the house, is just in certain areas using a mini-split. The first night the one ac was leaking and created a big puddle of water. Other AC’s didn’t cool enough. So we were always hot inside the house. The basics in kitchen and bathroom(s) were not there, I.e. we had 3 hand towels for 16 people! They only replaced towels once during a week of our stay. Didn’t change sheets either. There was not enough toilet paper and we had to go buy. No soap or toiletries. The kitchen is outdated and is falling apart. The stove was not working and had to be careful of leaking gas (you have to manually light the fire), The refrigerator downstairs was broken and a lot of our food got spoiled. Attention to detail is not there. So, it seems that the hostess was used to have teenagers or “party people” but not families. She was very nice and responsive as we had several requests... but house is not in top notch condition. Should advertise the kind of people she is expecting- like good for friends-, or good for families... etc...

Perfect for our Family Reunion

This was just perfect for our 15 person (5 families) Reunion over Christmas. There are many different areas in the house to be social OR to find quiet space. The kitchen is just awesome and well stocked. The pool area is great. We loved having the golf carts. Great snorkeling at both beaches. Sol, the home owner went out of her way to make our family vacation a 10/10. I give this home and area (Puerto Aventuras) 5 STARS. Thank you Sol!!!!!

Spacious and Tranquil

Great location between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Surrounded by many fun places to visit. The house was surprisingly larger and very spacious than it shows on the pictures. I loved being by the pool, very clean and enjoyed the peace and quietness. Lots of beautiful birds, butterflies and geckos to watch pass by. The host was super nice and was very helpful with anything we desired, quick to respond too! Will be back again.

Great house, great pool, great host

We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 kids, including a toddler. It was perfect in size. The pool was one of the best pools we've ever had on a property before. The kids did not want to get out. And so they didn't. Amenities including a grocery store were nearby. Highly recommend the golf cart rentals as it made things really easy to get to the main area of Puerta Aventuras. Too far to walk with young kids. And the golf carts became an adventure all on their own. Sol was amazing and accommodating and helpful and asked all our random questions. Like when we couldnt find the pool light switch late at night. The only constructive feedback we would offer is that there isnt a lot of kitchen utensils. And we didn't realize until late that we need charcoal for the BBQ. This trip was a dream and we will go back here ANY day especially with Sol as host.

The Perfect Place for a Family

I'm a little hesitant to leave this review because I don't really want anyone else to know about the hidden gem that is Puerto Aventuras. It's incredibly safe and peaceful and has some very unique qualities. The area with the dolphins, sea lions and manatees with its shops, restaurants, and a very affordable place to get a quality massage is awesome. Having access to beaches maintained by hotels is amazing. They are especially conducive to families with children. It's also a great location. We went to Xcaret (15 minutes), Xelha (15 minutes), Tulum (30 minutes), Chichen Itza (2 hrs 15 mins), Akumal (10 minutes), and Playa Del Carmen (20 mins). And there are so many other things within 30 minutes. The little grocery store just outside the gated Puerto Aventuras was also very convenient and had much of what you might need. As for the house we stayed in, I can't say enough good things. The pool is awesome. We had 6 kids and 6 adults and it was plenty big. It also has a slope that makes it easy for small children to enter. The setting, literally being on the golf course, is beautiful. With the upstairs kitchen and deck we loved coming out in the mornings and evenings to relax, eat, watch kids in the pool and enjoy the beauty. Getting to the beach took about 3 minutes by car. And we're at the end of our street so it was very quiet and safe. We also enjoyed how spacious the house was. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. The best thing about staying at this house, though, were the hosts. Sol was our main point of contact and she was incredible. We met Carlos when we arrived and he was fantastic. They helped us find local fishermen for a day on the ocean. Sol answered every question you could imagine before we arrived and helped us to plan an incredible trip by doing so. She continued to answer questions and give advice after we'd arrived. They even drove to a local hospital on a Saturday night when our little one had a medical need to see what services they offered! We absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat and have spent our days since we returned talking about when we can go back. Five stars for the house and location and six stars for Sol and Carlos!

Very comfortable house

The house is in a very quiet area. It's only a short walk to food stores, restaurants, night life. and ocean beach. which we took full advantage of every day. Having our own washer and dryer was great. the place was well supplied with all necessary furniture and cooking utensils and BBQ Plenty of bed linen and towels.

We totally love this place!

This amazing house had everything you might need for a truly relaxing vacation. It´s conveniently situated at the Mayan Riviera. We loved the fact that it was slightly away from the typical tourist traps but yet had all the amenities of modern convenience and access to true local culture. The house is fully equipped with all things you needed to comfortably rest after a day of excursions. The owner also supplied everything you might need for the beach and pool: towels, chairs and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable and the dinning room has space for a big family or group of 20 people all together. Also, there´s good wifi. The pool is big and very well-maintained. Finally, the maintenance people were kind and helpful. We loved the whole place and people and will come back soon.

Amazing house in great area

Sol was helpful from beginning to the end. Any questions or concerns I had she was available and ready to help. It is a beautiful home that my family and I enjoyed. The house was very clean and well-maintained. It has everything you need to spend a great time with your family. It is located in a beautiful resort that had lots to do. I would advise anyone that stay for a long period of time to rent the golf cart.

Luxury Accommodation and perfect location!

We love spending our vacations at this house. It´s so comfortable and beautifully furnished, has everything you may need to spend a great time, including it´s own private swimming pool, a big kitchen fully equipped, spacious sitting area with a huge Led screen and 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms. A great terrace overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and golf course. The house was very clean and the grocery store not far. Also, the location was perfect, near to most of the attractions and 2 steps from the beaches. This is our favorite place to be and we will come next year again!
