Enjoy an unforgettable and relaxing stay at Villa Santa Monica, located in a quiet neighborhood on a sailboat canal with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. Rent a boat and enjoy the numerous possibilities to explore the surrounding area like Sanibel and Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, or Cayo Costa State Park, all of which are easy and fast to reach by boat. You will find hidden beaches that cannot be accessed by car. A boating license is not required in Florida, just a driver's licence, but you must be 21 years or older and should have some experience with boating.

Villa Santa Monica fulfills the highest expectations. Features include four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open inviting living room, a modern state-of-the-art kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and a formal dining room plus separate breakfast nook. Large windows and sliders allow in plenty of light. Two of the bedrooms offer a King size bed and lead out to the patio; the other two bedrooms each have 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed. Tasteful furnishings complement the hardwood flooring in all bedrooms and travertine tile flooring in the living area. The beautiful pool area includes a covered patio and a big sundeck, overlooking the dock with Tiki hut and the waterway. The pool is solar and electrically heated and is connected to a spa. A ping pong table, dart game and a foosball offer entertainment for the whole family.

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Villa Santa Monica bietet den perfekten Rahmen fuer einen unvergesslichen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet an einem Segelbootkanal mit direktem Zugang zum Caloosahatchee River, der hier ganz in der Naehe in den Golf von Mexiko muendet. Mit einem Mietboot haben Sie viele Moeglichkeiten, die vielfaeltige Umgebung zu erkunden, z.B. Sanibel und Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach oder der Cayo Costa State Park, alle mit dem Boot in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Hier finden Sie unberuehrte Strande, zu denen Sie teilweise nur mit dem Boot gelangen koennen. Einen Bootsfuehrerschein benoetigt man in Florida nicht, allerdings sollten gute Grundkenntnisse zum Fahren des Bootes vorhanden sein. Der Autofuehrerschein (Mindestalter 21 Jahre) genugt hier als Lizenz.

Das Ferienhaus selbst laesst keine Wuensche offen. Es verfuegt ueber vier grosse Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, ein offenes Wohnzimmer, eine modern eingerichtete Gourmetkueche mit Granitarbeitsplatte und Edelstahlgeraeten, sowie ein Esszimmer und eine separate Fruehstuecksecke. Grosse Fenster und Glasschiebetueren lassen viel Licht ins Haus. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur Terrasse und sind jeweils mit einem Kingsize Bett ausgestattet; die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Queen und 1 Twin Bett. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Holzfussboden in den Schlafzimmern und Travertinboden im Wohnbereich. Der bildschoene Poolbereich umfasst eine ueberdachte Terrasse und ein grosses Sonnendeck, das das Bootsdock mit der Tikihuette und den Kanal ueberblickt. Der Pool kann sowohl solar als auch elektrisch beheizt werden und ist mit einem Spa verbunden. Fur die Unterhaltung der ganzen Familie ist mit Tischtennisplatte, Kickertisch und Dartspiel ebenfalls bestens gesorgt.

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaeste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fuer zwei Gaeste. Die $300 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch waehrend Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert.
