You are only steps away from the beach in this comfortable five-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront home located in the desirable Indian Neck area of Wellfleet. Situated on a private, wooded lot, this two-section home is connected by a bright foyer. The first section contains three bedrooms and the living spaces. The second section contains two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

The second floor of the first section is open and bright--with large windows letting in plenty of light. The well-equipped and renovated (2022) galley kitchen opens to a dining area and large living room. The living/dining area has comfortable seating and a large dining table. Sliders lead to a spacious deck with stunning views of Indian Neck and Wellfleet Bay. There is a den with a foldout sofa and flat screen television with cable. There is a also a newly renovated bathroom with custom tile shower on this floor.

There are three bedrooms off a foyer in the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and another has a bunk bed with trundle (three twins). The third bedroom on this level has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. A newly renovated bathroom with shower/tub and washer/dryer is also on this level. A slider in the foyer leads outside.

There is one large bedroom with a king bed on the first floor of the second section. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower only, a television with cable and a slider door. The second floor bedroom in this section has a queen bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, a television with cable and a slider to a balcony deck with water views.

Air conditioning (ductless split unit air conditioning units in the bedrooms, main living room and TV room). WIFI, ceiling fans and outdoor shower (not enclosed). Association tennis courts just down the road.

Stairs lead to the private bay beach below. Enjoy stunning views of Indian Neck and the bay's ever-changing tides. Ideal spot for swimming or kayaking. Indian Neck is a wonderful area to explore. Short drive to the town's beloved ponds and ocean beaches and Wellfleet Center and Harbor for dining, galleries, shops and live entertainment.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
