Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, between the popular Coligny Beach and scenic Sea Pines, this welcoming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa offers a peaceful retreat with a thoughtful blend of modern updates and traditional coastal charm.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable two-story layout with distinct living, kitchen, and dining areas, offering both privacy and functionality. The cozy living room features a large Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Each bedroom upstairs also has its own Smart TV, giving everyone space to unwind.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, and both large and small appliances, such as a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A brand-new washer and dryer make longer stays easy and convenient.
Step outside to enjoy 4 private patios/balconies, with tranquil lagoon and pool views. Take advantage of the villa’s access to 3 community pools, a tennis court, and scenic bike trails that stretch across the island.

* Parking passes are required between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Please plan to pick up your pass on your way to the villa, as the office is conveniently located along the route after you enter the island.
* While we clean thoroughly before each stay, leaves and natural debris may appear on patios due to the island’s subtropical environment.
* The tracking system is updated but the sliding doors may still require a gentle push.
* The upstairs level may be slightly warmer than downstairs. Fans are available for added comfort.

Lack of coffee maker was addressed immediately with the delivery of a new one. There was no scissors. Property was clean and the HVAC was excellent at controlling temperature. Some light bulbs were burned out and I didn’t find any replacements. I consider these issues as minor. Overall the stay was good.

Our family of four spent a long weekend here and it was everything we were looking for and more! The host was extremely helpful, the condo was clean, and everything was represented online just like in real life. It was about a ten minute easy walk to the beach for our family (and we are not fast walkers!) I would suggest a beach wagon if taking a lot of items, but we were easily able to make the walk multiple times in a day. I would also highly suggest the beach bar (Loggerhead Landing) for lunch on the beach- it was so convenient and a beautiful spot with great food. We had never visited HHI, but we felt like for everything we wanted to do this area was extremely convenient and close to everything. We didn’t, but it would’ve been easy to ride bikes everywhere you wanted to go. Extremely close to Coligny Plaza, Sea Pines, & the adventure playground. If you came during the correct time of year the pool is also located right outside the front door. We were unable to use it during our stay, but it would’ve been incredibly easy to use based on location. The only tiny suggestion I would make is to add hand soaps to all of the bathrooms. There were some toiletries included with our stay that we did not use, but having hand soap at all of the sinks would’ve been very convenient for staying clean during our trip! We would love to return and would probably stay at the same place! Highly recommend!!

A great week away!

Great trip! The villa is so spacious. It was great for our family of four to have our own space. Very close to the beach. The pathway is awesome to get to and from. Strongly suggest renting bikes. Fully appreciate the washer/dryer and how close everything was, but quiet and away from the crowds.

Good location, but not clean.

I don't usually write reviews, but I hope that the following family will have a better experience. On the positive side, good location with regards to beach and shopping. Kitchen has been remodeled. The floors throughout are extremely dirty, within 2 minutes of walking in socks they were black. The Keurig coffeemaker does not work, neither does the one outer stove burner. The toilet seat had dirt on it which I had so rub with a clorox wipe to remove. The bedding did not smell clean. Believe this property has a lot of potential but needs to be cleaned properly and more frequently. The bathrooms need to be updated.

Beach stay

The location of the property is wonderful…close enough to everything while remaining just outside the major hustle and bustle. Our check in process was clearly outlined via email, however, our parking pass was not made available by the property manager, and the code we were given to open the front door did not work. We arrived on a Friday evening after business hours, and found the property manager unavailable. We called the property owner, who was very responsive and resolved both of these issues quickly. The property itself could use some updating, especially the bathroom’s upstairs. The tubs are very slippery and I would suggest that non-slip mats or texturized stickers be added to the tub bottoms to reduce the risk of falls. Both of my kids slipped and fell in the tubs. The room with double beds was very comfortable, while the room with the queen bed was not as restful. The queen mattress could stand to be replaced. This is my opinion. All in all, we enjoyed our visit. The kitchen was functional, the washer and dryer worked well, and the owners had laid out several nice and inviting touches. Thank you!

Hilton Head stay

The location of this property is great. Only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Pathway to beach is well maintained so we were able to easily walk with our two children and a wagon. Inside the unit is fairly nice. Kitchen is updated nicely. Patio and balcony were not well-maintained so we had no desire to spend anytime out there. In addition to this, the sliding glass doors to patio and balcony need to be repaired. They’re nearly impossible to open. My husband was the only one that could open them and it took some muscle from him as well. The owner needs to give better instructions on where condo is located. You cannot see the the property from the parking lot so we drove around the parking lot a few times before realizing you had to walk through the property in order to find the condo. It wasn’t a big deal once we found the condo, just would have been nice if this was communicated to us better from the beginning. However, we did arrive early and the owner allowed us to enter early which was helpful. My biggest complaint is that there was construction going on directly to our condo for a whole day during our stay. Hammering, sawing, drilling right outside all of our windows. There were also workers on ladders going up the unit so they could see directly into our bedrooms. The owner completely failed to mention this to us, and if it was mentioned to us, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. I was traveling with a 6 month old who needs naps. She was not able to nap this entire day due to the loud construction. This whole day was basically ruined due to our baby being fussy from lack of naps. We had to cancel dinner plans as we didn’t want a fussy baby out to dinner with us. Overall, if it wasn’t for the unmentioned construction, I would have been decently pleased with our stay. We still had a good time.

Location hard to find.

Pull in the entrance with roundabout and flag pole. If you see pool, find closest parking place. Condo entrance faces pool. This is the first time using Vrbo. It was nicely decorated with updated kitchen, but the building look like it was built in the 70’s. There was construction projects to the buildings outside. It has a good location. Going to Coligny Beach Park is a must.

Exactly what was promised!

My family and I stayed here in mid June of '22 and had a great time! The condo was VERY clean, had tons of space and storage, and the pool was amazing! Once we got the hang of the door keypad, we had no issues and felt very safe. The walk to the beach was reasonable and the beach itself was fantastic! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

Close proximity to the beach. On a bike, or was about a 7 min ride. Walking was about 10 to 15 min depending on speed and carrying items. The property is well maintained. Plenty of dishes and items to use for cooking.

Disappointing

The location was quiet, though it was far enough from the beach and restaurants that bikes would definitely be recommended. Building numbers are not well marked and difficult to find. Our biggest issue was lack of cleanliness both of the unit and the property. The outdoor patios and balconies were not clean and unusable. There were also several issues inside. Several nice updates have been done in the unit, but others are needed. Owner was responsive after we notified her that we were leaving early. She indicated they had changed cleaning companies and had not had prior complaints, but what we saw indicated a this is been an issue for awhile. This was not the immaculate, well cared for property that was described. We hope they do follow up and get this corrected for future guests.

Our condo was super clean and nice. Perfect size for our family of 4. Unfortunately the outside of the building was disgusting and very dirty. They have not spent any time or money maintaining this place. There was trash everywhere. Not sure if they have a HOA service but they need it. I will not be be staying here again. We did love the inside of our unit which was nicely decorated and cleaned

Family fun in Hilton Head

Communication with the owner was great both before and during our stay. The recent updates to the property were awesome (the kitchen looks great!) I actually appreciated that the couches weren’t brand new because I didn’t have to worry about my kids (ages 1 and 4) ruining everything. The location is amazing. We rented bikes and were able to bike to many places we wanted to go to

Very relaxing and comfortable. One small recommendation would be to change all of the light bulbs. Warm or soft white would be so much better than the daylight hue.

We fell in love with Hilton Head Island during our first vacation there in 2014. While driving down for vacation in 2017, we thought, "Let's purchase a villa." And that's exactly what we did. So HAPPY we did! Hilton Head Island is our HAPPY place and our condo feels like home!!!

What makes our villa unique is that it’s more than just a rental, it’s a place our family truly loves and visits as often as possible. Some of our best memories have been made right here, whether we’re spending the day biking to the beach to watch the sunrise, finding a hidden island gem to see the sunset, or just sitting out on the balcony with a morning coffee. Even on rainy days, we’re happy indoors watching a movie, playing board games, or just kicking back for a nap with the sound of the rain outside. It’s our little slice of calm, and we’re so glad to share it with you.
