Great location, lots of amenities at the overall property. Condo had basic needs for cooking, but we did end up eating out most nights! Bottle of wine was very much appreciated! Host was very responsive and listing was accurate! Loved the convenience of not having to drive anywhere. We used the free shuttle a few times as well, that was an added bonus! Kids loved the arcade and playing pool. Hot tubs were great! Beds were comfortable!
The host was excellent, especially communicating in a timely manner and dealing with last minute details and questions. The condo was excellent especially its location for a ski trip. It had everything the group needed and more.
My family has been skiing in Breckenridge for 30 years and of all the different places we have stayed, this unit was the most convenient location we have used. It close location to indoor parking, walking to the ski slope and convenient ski slope ski equipment storage was the best. My wife and I are in our 60s and we had no problem walking to and from the lift and accessing our stored skis right at the lift. Can’t say enough about how easy it was to get to the slopes. The unit was a little dated but we would stay again in a heartbeat due to all its conveniences.
Host was very communicative and flexible. Condo was super cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed the wood burning stove. View of the mountains was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!!!
Perfect ski in/ski out location right on Peak 9 Beaver Run Super Chair and easy access to Quick Silver Super Chair. Ryan kept us informed and was quick to respond. Big entry way w/ plenty of hooks for ski coats/pants. Kitchen is well equipped, nice wood burning fireplace w/ additional wood supplied at no cost. (did not use as we had crazy warm temps) Bedrooms were big and beds comfortable. Plenty of towels/toiletries provided. Would stay again without hesitation.
Everything was perfect! super organized and had all the essential needs that some other places do not and usually you have to buy it yourself. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your cozy home. Host is a great communicator. We would love to go back.(Hopefully we will :0)
Great location and a host with great communication! Very attentive to questions and gave a lot of information above and beyond the unit. The unit was cozy with a good view.

Thank you, Kelly! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and found the condo cozy and well-equipped. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We look forward to welcoming you back for another mini staycation soon!
The condo was great and the resort was amazing with hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, convenience store, etc. Ryan the host was very helpful and responsive. And the view from the outside balcony was beautiful!
Great Location & amenities. It was walkable to town even with a 5 year old. Had a nice gym, steam room, sauna & hot tubs for my wife and I and indoor/outdoor pool which was great for our daughter. Place was very clean and overlooked the mountain which was perfect. We will stay their again
Couldn't have asked for better accommodations on our recent family trip to Breckenridge. The unit was "as advertised" in the images and description, giving us plenty of space for our group of 6 and a child, yet still very quaint and charming. The fireplace served us well on chilly game nights, and the views of the mountains were spectacular! The community of Beaver Run itself was great too. Onsite restaurants, bars, market, and coffee shop came in handy as needed, and with hot tubs, a pool, sauna, and game room, there really wasn't anything missing.Check-in and parking were a breeze, and at only a 10 minute walk to Main Street (or even a quicker shuttle ride when it is colder), it'd be hard to recommend or choose another unit for future travels. Great time and stay!

Our stay was not a great experience due to 2 main issues. The first is that the bedding gave me a rash and a headache, and I was unable to sleep because of the overwhelmingly strong chemical smell from the detergent or softener. I literally had to remove the blanket and top sheet and covered the pillow with towels to try to reduce the smell and get some rest. I stay in many hotels and short term rentals every year, and I have never experienced this before. The second issue was the constant over-communication from the host. I booked one day before check-in, and over the course of 2 days, I received messages from the host totaling OVER 2,900 WORDS! Yes, that’s like having to read multiple college essays for a single overnight stay with almost entirely irrelevant and redundant (likely automated) messages. Then after checking out after not getting any sleep, the host sent 3 messages back to back asking me to write a positive review which was particularly annoying after receiving so many messages already. I replied the reason I had not written a review (other than the fact I had just checked out and was still traveling) was because of the issue with the bedding, and he simply said sorry and thanks for letting us know. The condo is spacious but dated and has significant signs of wear, and oddly the primary bedroom has a “window” that opens into the condo which eliminates privacy. The host kept asking me to write a review, so hopefully my honest feedback helps future guests.
