Located within Pono Kai Resort in Kapa'a on the Coconut Coast and 20 mins. from Lihu'e Airport.

This beautiful OCEANFRONT (Newly refurbished in 2019), 1-Bedroom Condo (Queen Bed) with sleeper sofa at east Kaua'i's Pono Kai Resort. Includes a fully-equipped Kitchen, Dining & Living Area with Ground-floor Beachfront Patio complete with new furniture. Enjoy air-conditioning in the Living Room.

The unit is beachfront with a beautiful lawn area, the Coastal bike path and sandy beach, all just steps from the Lanai (patio). You can hear the waves lapping up on the white sand beach from the living room and the sea breeze is just amazing!

On-site activities & amenities at Pono Kai Resort include Coin-Operated Laundry Facilities, Tennis Court, Sauna, Fitness Center, Golf Course (within 2 miles), BBQ area w/ table, Putting Green, Shuffleboard and Croquet, an outdoor Pool and Jacuzzi.

Amenities include a CD Player/Radio with Library, Wi-Fi, Ironing board & Iron, Telephone, Cable TV, Fully-Equipped Kitchen that includes a Blender, Tea/Coffee Maker, Ice Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at the pool and in the unit.

LOST KEYS & SAFE – Access to unit is $50 cash to Staff. Permanent loss of any door key is an additional charge of $50. Safe code reset charge is $50.
CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10:00 A.M. Late Check-outs/Early Check-ins may be available for a fee of $70.

Great location on the island of Kauai, we enjoyed the oceanfront location and watching the beautiful sunrise! Also really appreciated the beach chairs available to use, there were also other pool toys and a cooler, so very nice to have those items there available to use.

3rd time at Pono Kai, we love it there. The beach is very small, and ok. 2 miles north is much better. Pono Kai is our home away from home, and Kapa'a is heart warming every time.

A clear beach front view. Boogie boards, chairs and beach umbrella and rain umbrella all uncluded. We watched the sunrise right from the patio. Everything at this location was great. We will be back.

A slice of paradise

We could not have been happier with our stay at Pono Kai. The unit was very clean and was stocked with anything and everything we needed, from laundry soap to beach chairs to wine glasses . The view from the lanai was fantastic.

Wonderful Getaway location!

The room was perfect for me, and my husband had all the amenities, including beach equipment. The staff at the resort was friendly, and the views and beach access from this beautiful ground floor were breathtaking.

Kauai is Gorgeous

Nice property, gorgeous view. Close to town and restaurants. Good hot tub. Lots to do on site. Cono had lots of amenities and very clean. Laundry available close by.Front desk staff were not help but concierge was delightful.Bed was rather high if you are short
