This was such a quaint little house. Very clean, stocked with lots of fans and extra blankets! It was decorated nicely as well. We recommend staying here a 10/10!

Enjoyed beautiful sunrise over the smokies. Easy drive to Harrisonburg for activities with plenty of amenities close by. Would definitely stay at this property again.

As soon as we walked in the door, Magnolia house looked and felt very clean and cozy. A lot of restaurant choices for a small town. The house is in a great location for our trip to visit family. And thankfully the beds were super comfortable after a long day of family events.

Magnolia house was the perfect place for my daughter to stay while she was taking summer classes at James Madison University. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything she needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils for cooking. There were extra blankets in all rooms. The area was one of our favorite parts. It was so quiet and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind while she was staying there by herself. She could walk to the community pool, parks and walking trails, coffee shops, and a few restaurants. There was also a beautiful spot just up the hill overlooking a farm that was perfect for watching the sunset.It was only a beautiful 20-minute drive to JMU, so it ended up being the perfect place for her summer session. We would definitely recommend staying here. And hope to return in the future.

We had a very nice stay. The property location worked well for us. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and nearby community park since we were traveling with our dog. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well.

The house was perfect for a our quick weekend get away. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved we could bring our dogs. The house is located in a great location with many things to do and see nearby. The host, Linda, was quick to respond when I had a question. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.
