Great location walking distance to downtown and the library. I enjoyed walking my dogs on the beautiful tree-lined streets with neighborhood bunnies popping out to say hello. The space was peaceful and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it for other travelers to Ft Collins.

This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.
