We had a good stay. The listing looks exactly like the pictures and the unit was very clean and well maintained. I did takeoff two stars because the check-in process was very confusing and we never received a key card for the parking garage. When I talked to the management company, they were giving me the runaround and even told me I had to pay for parking, which is not listed anywhere on the listing nor was I asked to pay for parking prior to checking in, but they did end up resolving the issue and the rest of the day was very nice. Also, there was no checkout instructions provided, and I did reach out to the management company again, but got no response so I had to do my own “check out”. Overall, was a good stay.

Check in was an ordeal. The host will buzz you in to collect the keys from a lock box, but they want a decided upon time to do so. We were later than planned and had a delayed response from the host - luckily the sales manager who was there after hours graciously let me in. Other than this, the host was easily available for questions. Parking is available, but I would not consider it on site as was at the neighboring property. We had a fair deal of luggage/groceries for our stay so was a few treks to get everything to the room from the parkade. If you are mobility challenged or elderly, I would not recommend. The property amenities were nice although in need of some maintenance/upgrades. The pool was a hit. The daybeds/outdoor cushions, etc on the rooftop pool/communal areas were dirty and had some"suspicious" staining. The bbq strikers were not working and had to track down a lighter and some paper to get them going. The outdoor fireplace by the pool was a nightmare to get going & didn't want to stay lit. Property location is amazing! Room was mostly clean & stoked with necessities. All air intake/vents need a thorough cleaning as do the floors! Our socks/barefeet were black! The balcony was also filthy with dust - a nice added touch would be a small bistro set out there. Seems a wasted space. Asked for an extra set of sheets for an air bed we brought along to be in room upon arrival - they weren't and when reminding the host - they weren't delivered until nextday
