Great location, Super cozy

Loved our stay here overall. My husband and I brought our two dogs and two friends for a ski trip weekend. The kitchen was updated since the listing photos, we loved the fireplace in the living room, and it was a short easy drive to Beech Mountain ski resort. Good price for our stay and enjoyed it very much. Only minor concerns with a few cleanliness aspects but nothing that ruined our stay.

Close to slopes

We were looking for something close enough to walk to slopes and this fit the bill. I did end up driving with the younger kids but it was nice to have the option of staying on the slopes longer versus all having to go home at the same time.

Nice get away weekend

The property was comfortable, clean and in a great location for a weekend get away. We enjoyed the fireplace and beautiful view from the living room. The location is great- within walking distance of restaurants a great area for morning and afternoon walks including to the Beech Mountain ski slopes. This rental is highly recommended for on to two couples- and we appreciated being able to bring our dog who also enjoyed the walks!

Lovely home with a Convenient location

Great convenient location for Beach Mountain. We went skiing and we’re able to hike up from the slopes. In the house there were a few things still in construction (loose wires) but off to the side. The beds were so comfy, but shower heads could use an upgrade. Overall a great memory for a great price!

The property was worn down by years of renting with little in property maintenance. No A/C made the stay uncomfortable, although this feature was not advertised. Kitchen very dirty with broken appliances and pots/pans.

Weekend Stay

We loved the location and easy walk to the slopes. We had our two dogs with us and appreciated the pet policy. The property has some very easy, low maintenance cosmetic repairs/updates that would take no time at all to address such as a new shower curtain liner, replacing the door on a kitchen cabinet and a coat of paint on the stairs. The beds were big and comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Thank you for the stay!

Winter get away

I got this place to take my partner for his birthday and it was perfect. Very clean! Beautiful view. Enough space for us to have friends over for dinner and games each night and cozy for us to relax in with all the amenities of home. So close to the snowboard park we walked!

No problems getting in but did find some minor cleaning issues upon arrival/ electric stove burner plates were left unclean. We did have some minor technical and plumbing issues during our stay but the owner was very understanding and responsive

Won’t be back

We have stayed here before and weren’t expecting the Ritz but at least it would be clean. We arrived to find dirty sheets and towels. Just a half roll of toilet paper and the hand soap was filled with dish detergent. Woke early to find the sky lights leaking. Then jump in a shower to find it incredibly slow draining. Show up for a quick vacation only to do someone else’s job. Reached out to the management company and have yet to hear anything back. Great location but the unit needs work or be sold to someone who will do the needed repairs and hire a good management/cleaning company. Another year of neglect and you’ll need a ladder since the exterior stairs are failing

Not Slopeside!

Beautiful townhouse that was very comfortable and had lots to do. However, it IS NOT Ski In/Ski Out! It is a 1/4 mile hike on the most flat route, or 150+ yards down a very steep grade and through someone else's stairs. As we rented it to Ski out of I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Family Beech Mountain stay!

Location was great!!! Upstairs bathroom is super tiny and dated. Kitchen is very dated and some drawers didn’t even open, could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Heaters worked well. We couldn’t get the tv to work so we hooked up our laptop and had to stream Netflix.
