The townhouse was wonderful for our Breckenridge Ski trip! Easy walk to town and the ski lift. Large place with nice finishes and a well stocked kitchen! Hot tub was also nice (about a 7 min walk because the parking lot was icy).

Great place for skiing at Breckenridge

Great spot to stay when skiing at Breckenridge. Walked to the snowflake lift from the house and took the 4 o clock run back and only had to walk in our boots a short distance to get to the house.

Great place for a breck weekend

The location of the condo was ideal as it was walking distance to ski lifts. It was warm, clean, comfortable, and close to downtown as well. Next time in Breckenridge, I’ll look for this place to be available again.

Breck Ski Townhome

My family had a great time staying at this townhome walking distance to the ski slopes. We were able to ski 2 days and it was super convenient being able to walk to the ski lifts. The pool and spas were also close to the home as well as being able to walk into town. The townhome was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes and we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Home in the Perfect Location

This townhome was perfect for our family ski trip. It was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We found it an an easy walk to a lift as well as downtown for the restaurants and shops. The heated garage was a huge help too. We definitely recommend this property!

We had a group of 5. Loved the condo! The garage was so nice to keep our ski/snowboard gear at the end of each day. It was a short walk to the Snowflake chairlift and we could ski down 4'Oclock and end up right across the street. The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. We also loved the keyless entry which made it easy for us as we came and went at different times. Very close walk to everything in town.

Perfect Family Ski Vacation

We have been coming to Breck for 25ish years and Winterpoint is always our favorite place to stay. It is so convenient for walking to Snowflake lift and also to shopping and restaurants downtown. This unit is very nice with everything you need. I especially appreciated the basket full of blankets to cozy up on the couch. The kitchen was very nice. It had extra small appliances in the laundry/pantry area. The coffee bar setup was perfect. Beds were comfy. It's a very cozy home, thank you for sharing.

Property is well located. Lots of stairs inside. Slightly dated but well kept. The reason for 3 stars is the location of Hot tub areas especially after a day of skiing. Horrible distance and not at all what it seems in the Property write up.

We enjoyed so much this property. We had such a great family time. It is spacious, decorated with taste and has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, in bathrooms, etc. Garage very convenient and communication with owner very easy to get an extra parking pass. Also very convenient to be so close to the snowflake ski lift and to Breckenridge Main street. Our top choice for a future Breckenridge gateway. Thank you.

Great family vacation!

Great stay! Well stocked and clean property. We had everything we needed and more! Comfy king adjustable bed in the master and plenty of room for the kids in the guest bed and pull out couch bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, spices, etc. There were plenty of blankets, games, spare fans, humidifiers, and other miscellaneous items. Location was perfect, close to everything. Community pool/hot tub was open 12p-8p and was very crowded in the afternoons, but one day we took the kids around noon and it was not crowded at all. Stairs were a bit challenging while adjusting to the altitude at the beginning, but got used to them quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Well equipped, convenient location for town and skiing

The house was well stocked (lots of coffee and spices, creamer, etc) and when we had a question they got back to us immediately. The location is 2 blocks up hill , but not bad, for the Snowflake lift or downhill 2 blocks for the free town ski bus. We skied home on the 4 O'clock run which is then a 2 block downhill walk to the condo. Of note the house is on 4 levels so it would not be appropriate for mobility impaired persons. First level garage, second level living room, 3 level kitchen and 4 the bedrooms. It was a lovely stay- thank you very much!!

Perfect for family of 4

Our family spent a week at the condo on a winter break ski trip. The condo was perfect - heated private garage where we kept our skis and boots (so no communal ski lockers) - easy walk to snowflake lift (although walk is uphill to warm you up for the day) - warm comfy living room with extra blankets - stocked kitchen with everything- even two types of coffee makers and large coffee mugs. - super quiet (no neighbor noise, no road noise other than a snow plow now and again) - it’s a 2ish block walk to the pool but it’s not a big deal - dress warmly for the walk there and then you’re so hot after sitting in the hot tub you can walk back in a towel and be fine - easy walk into town. We went into town almost every day and walked every tine I’d definitely recommend.
