This unique and spacious 6 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom Direct Bayfront Home is perfect for larger groups and families. You get a Key West feel in the back yard in downtown Ocean City - close to the beach and boardwalk. There are excellent views of the open bay from the first floor master bedroom as well as the 2nd floor master bedroom. We have added corn hole boards, a giant outdoor connect 4 game, and a PUTTING GREEN for the kids or golfers! There is also a great outdoor shower to rinse off after a relaxing day on the beach! Relax on the large deck anyway you like - whether it is in a lounger, Adirondack chair or hanging swings over looking the water! The kitchen comes fully equipped. There is a propane grill and fire pit on the large deck in the back. Enjoy the beautiful views and the sunset while having a cocktail in the brand new hot tub in 2024! This is the ultimate relaxing get-a-way for you, your friends, and family!

The back yard features a large deck that is perfect for spending family time entertaining, fishing, crabbing, and watching the sunsets. There is a dock but no slip - so you can tie up out back and bring your boat and water toys! The nearest boat ramp is at Bahia Marina - on 21st Street and only a very short trip by boat to the home. The yard is also fenced in. You can park 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage (+ overflow free street parking). Sheets, bath towels and hand towels are included in the cleaning fee price. All linens will be delivered prior to check-in.

The 15th Street Beach Retreat is also located less than a 20 minute drive to the Assateague Island National Seashore where you and your family can spend the day hiking and exploring 37 miles of sandy beaches and hopefully spotting some world famous wild horses. If the night life is your thing, just hop on the Ocean City Beach Bus to go to Secrets Jamaica USA, Fagers, Macky's, and Fishtales or barhop on the 3 mile long world famous boardwalk. The boardwalk has plenty of rides and attractions for the kids during the day like Trimpers and Jolly Rogers Amusement Park. Golf Getaway

Perfect house and location to host our annual golf trip to OC. Deck and patio offered amazing views and sunsets. We have been coming down for 20 years and this was the best rental yet. Owner was very accessible and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Our friend group of 14 stayed here for a long weekend trip and absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ the location to the beach (a short walk), the nightly sunset view from the backyard and the absolutely beautiful outdoor space this home has! My personal favorite were the outdoors swings! Definitely would recommend this property and owners to others looking for the best of both worlds - beach and bay!

The pictures do not do the property justice. The outside area is amazing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed crabbing, fish and floating in the bay. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. The house is wonderfully equipped with whatever you might need! Top notch.

The house was in a great location. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The outdoor area was great for relaxing. Beautiful views. A little disappointed the hot tub was not working, never got very warm. The house was unique very eclectic. I liked the house but it didn’t seem very well kept. Older bedding, ripped shower curtain.

The property was beautiful. We had perfect weather and were outdoors enjoying the property every day and night. The sunsets are so gorgeous. We relaxed in the bay, on the hammock chairs, in the hot tub and barbecued. The property is ideal for hanging outside. The only issue we had was that the linen company never delivered the bedding and towels so we did not know we were using the owners sheets already on the beds. We paid to have the linen service so will be requesting $150 refund.

Big Family Vacation

We rented this property for our Family Vacation this summer and had the most amazing time, such a hidden gem! We had people of all ages - toddlers, teens, adults and everyone enjoyed the house to the fullest. The home had plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out and have privacy as needed which was important for us with such a large group. It also offered plenty of space for us to all eat and hang out together when we wanted. We walked almost everywhere which was a huge change for when we stay in Ocean Pines and if we want to be closer to the beach, we typically rent one of the condos, so this was the best of both worlds! The outdoor space is definitely the selling point for this property with such a tropical oasis vibe. We could have spent the entire vacation outback enjoying the views, hot tub, games and relaxation. The hosts were so friendly and easy to communicate with. There was no confusion or issues with checkin/checkout. Having a good experience with the host makes a world of difference for your vacation so we really appreciated how informative and kind they were. We would stay here again in a heartbeat Thank you Brittani and Joe!

Amazing Back Yard!

This house was amazing! Our family rented for a week and had the most relaxing week. The house was close to everything but also very private. We brought floats and tied them to the dock and floated in the bay all week. Brittani and Joe were great hosts and answered all the questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!!

The property was amazing! The pictures online are beautiful but really don't do it justice. I was so pleased with the house and all its charm, the beautifully manicured grounds and the breathtaking view of the bay, that I cried on the dock upon our arrival. We had such a wonderful time and hope to book again in the future. Brit and her hubby were more than accommodating and were in contact with me throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend booking this house for any that are contemplating it. Thanks again for making my 50th Birthday celebration one to remember!!

There are just too many nice things to say about this place!! First of all, the communication with the owner is wonderful! She answered my many questions before, during and after our stay. The place itself is exactly what you see in the pictures. So unique and just a perfect retreat to make you feel like you were somewhere tropical! The home had everything we needed and was a perfect blend of giving everyone private areas but still open enough to keep everyone together under one roof. Already booked a week for next year!

Absolutely perfect!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The house was absolutely gorgeous and the owners Brittani & Joe were wonderful. The house is even better in person and the location is perfect. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk and plenty of things to do but it’s tucked away among other fine homes and has a nice relaxing feel. We really enjoyed our time.

Perfect in every way!

This is the first time i’ve Rented on the bayside but it was the perfect vacation. My extended family of 16 were so happy to be there when being in the Oceanside’s beach was less than desirable, we stayed for 2 weeks and had a few days like that. We brought floats for the bay. Other than the little hiccup checking in, which was resolved quickly and personally by Brittani and Joe, the entire vacation was fantastic! Brittani and Joe were wonderful. The layout of the house lended to our large family but the outside was phenomenal! The hot tub, the different seating, including rockers which were situated to see the sunset in the evening. There was even a little sandy area. I would highly recommend you consider this property for your next vacation.

Hello! My name is Brittani and my husband Joe and I live in Ocean City, Maryland and love everything about it! We just welcomed our daughter, Cora, in September 2020 and our son Bodhi in May 2023. We love trying new restaurants and love to travel anywhere and everywhere. Our favorite trips to date have to be our travel of the Hawaiian Islands in early 2020 and our road trip around the US in 2015. We both also love cruises and have been on several over the past couple years. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Ocean City area and Joe is a contractor. Joe and I also renovate houses and enjoy the challenge of making something new again. We own a couple rental properties in the Ocean City area that we are constantly updating each year to keep them fresh and desirable to stay! We hope you enjoy your stay in Ocean City!
