Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A great mix of older cottage charm with a nice modern kitchen and bath on the first floor. Make yourself at home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and an extra large closed in front porch for even more room for sleeping, extra dining and family game nights. Relax at our private beach that's just a short stroll down the street of this quiet neighborhood. Fires on the beach at night are allowed and chairs and toys for use at the beach are provided by our HOA community. Just minutes away from Geneva on the Lake & Downtown Ashtabula with all its great shops and dining. We're also close to all the wineries and site-seeing Lake Erie has to offer.

Please follow all HOA RULES. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any substances inside the home. there will be an addition $500 charge if any lingering smoke-type smells are in the house at cleaning.

House was clean and walkable distance to Lake Erie. The Red Door Getaway was conveniently located for our group to explore wine country and then dinner in GOTL. Kitchen seemed well stocked, although we didn’t prepare any food. Nice, thick towels, beds were comfortable. Upstairs bathtub was laughable small.

I love the water and visited a friends Airbnb just a few blocks from mine and I knew I wanted a place at Lake Erie as well. It's so close to home and I can come up and "vacation" any time I want to. I can't wait to have YOU as my guest and I hope you can relax and enjoy yourself at my Lake Erie home. I'm looking forward to hearing about your visit and anything I can do to make a stay here exactly what someone is looking for.

Why they chose this property

I looked at a few properties up here and this one just said "Home". The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, the neighbors are friendly. The house has its older cottage charm, but nice modern updates and you can tell its previous owners loved it and took care of it. It's far enough away from "Downtown Ashtabula" and "GOTL" to be quiet, but close enough to have something to do within minutes if you don't want to hang out at the beach. The colors in NE Ohio in the fall are beautiful and for the cold lovers, winters at the lake are breathtaking. Come enjoy all the seasons.

What makes this property unique

With 4 separate bedrooms, you can come with a large family or more than one family and share the cost! Girls nights out, guys getaways!! Come on up and have fun. We also have a large 4-season front room for additional space. In the summer, just a quick walk down the street and you can enjoy a quiet private beach in our small HOA community.
