The well appointed kitchen has everything your family needs for a home cooked meal after a full day of activities. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 14 to 30 days before arrival date. No refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE:
* There is absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in this property or on the patio/deck. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette, cigar or marijuana smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke clean up and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and renter is liable for the costs.

* Renter MUST be at least 26 years of age and be present during stay.

* This property does NOT ALLOW PETS.

* This property requires stairs to access all bedrooms + bathrooms and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

* Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located above the front door facing out toward the walkway. It does not look into any interior spaces.
