This one-floor unit, attached to the back of the main house with its own private entrance, features a full kitchen and a combined living and dining area, bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Enjoy the outdoors with a private deck and patio area, complete with a gas grill. The full-sized sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. Stay cool with a window A/C unit and connected with Wi-Fi. In town apartment.

Cozy, ample sized rooms. Fun place for a couple. In town location is terrific, never had to use car! Very well furnished and equipped. Will come back again.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It's on a charming street and is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I have no complaints about the place. One thing to note is the place is managed by a rental agency. This requires you to sign a contract and pick up and drop off keys at their office, which is about a mile away. There are also some additional fees besides the nightly rental rate that's listed, although you'll see those before you check out. Heidi, the rental agent, was easy to work with and responsive.

Perfect location

Just a short walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We loved listening to the church chime every hour. It was easy to navigate and see the local sights on bikes that we rented from the local bike shop. You can bike to the beach or the bike path that is nearby. The apartment was well cared for inside and out. The owners were staying next to us when we were there and couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed everything about Chatham and our little apartment. I can’t wait to go back.
