This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it.
Lovely home in a great location! Super clean with all the amenities you need. Fred is a great owner/manager! All around great place! Highly recommend A
The room was clean n perfect for what we needed. It was in a great location . Quiet and just simply perfect. Mile and a half from airport Mesa . The owner was great to communicate with as well. I gave it 5 stars
I selected this property because a dog friendly fenced yard was advertised. It didn't have one.Had to contact Vrbo customer services in order to check-in. We were there 4 days; the room lacked even one comfortable chair. The table was a joke. It was approx. 2 ft square. I think most people would use it as an end table. The dining room chairs were small, bare necessity, folding pieces of metal with a few wood slats attached. The microwave was attached so high we really needed a small stepstool in order to reach it comfortably. There was no step stool. The driveway was hazardous, particularly because of the ditch, having to park so close to a bush we could barely open the car door. The property owner lived behind the apartment and needed room to park and enter and exit the road. There was a sign on the street warning drivers that our driveway was hidden, and it was! Because we had to park on an angle, backing out of the small driveway was dangerous. The first time I backed out, one wheel actually went partway into the ditch. It took practice to maneuver such a cramped space. The money we spent on rent was an absolute rip-off! I'm not sure how this place got so many 5 star ratings. I can only say: "Renter be aware."

Hello, I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay,
I did not advertise a fenced in yard.
I messaged you the check on instructions at 1:30 pm on your day of arrival, you never read them. When you were waiting for 15 minutes outside after you arrived, I came and helped you in, so you were not inconvenienced.
This is a one room studio, about 200 sq ft. I did not advertise a table, although I have one for you to use. It is basically a hotel room with a queen bed, a twin bed and a kitchenette as advertised.
The pictures are very clear.
Most people love the rental, you are the first person to give a bad review, I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay, I hope you had a wonderful time in Sedona otherwise.
