Retreat Home on Lake Champlain, minutes from Burlington, UVM and ski resorts
We are offering our 3 Bedroom + office home on the shores of Lake Champlain for the Winter/Spring semester. Views of the lake abound. All the amenities, wood-burning stove, gas heat and/or AC, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, outdoor hot tub, indoor Japanese soaking tub, piano, outdoor fire pit, TV/Theatre. Available mid-December to Mid-May, dates are somewhat flexible. Access lake, hiking trails, less than 2 miles from downtown, UVM, Champlain College. 30 -45 minutes to ski resorts.
