Located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a 6-10 minute walk to the vapareto stop where you could go anywhere you need to in Venice. A grocery store was also within a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and the host was excellent at communication and giving us all of the information needed. Overall a very good value for the cost.
