About this property

Budget and family friendly, great location!

This Gold Camp condo has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. With a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen and twin bed in the guest bedroom, this condo will comofrtably sleep 5 people. *Mattresses have recently been replaced!*

You'll also find a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and large bar area that opens to the living room, with flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Step onto the covered patio for a breath of clean mountain air and marvel at the view of the slopes.

The Gold Camp Condominiums are just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to the slopes or town. The complex has several hot tubs and saunas for your enjoyment as well. This condo is an end unit with quick access to the parking area.

If you are traveling with another family, or just need a little more space, we also manage Gold Camp E87, right next door! Check to see if it might also be available for your group.

Mother Son Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and just perfect for me and my son. Only complaint is that there was no fireplace (listed in description and shown in pictures) which is one of the reasons we chose that property. Other than that definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Great location and nice condo

Located right near a bus stop to slopes and to downtown. Property management was very responsive to the several small issues we had. Place was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Had nice hot tub.

Nice place to stay. Was really happy to have the additional half bath, so many places have lots of beds but only one bathroom. We had an issue with the WiFi and they fixed it promptly. I recommend this property for your stay.

Nice convenient ski location

Exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable, well stocked “home base” for skiing. Right on the road to Peaks 7/8, (across from a reasonably frequent bus route), and a short drive (or longish walk) into town. Good Value

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Good location very close to the bus stop which will take you to the slopes or into town. 2 hot tubs that we enjoyed after a day of skiing. Smoking allowed outside for those of you who would like to "partake" in the local cuisine. Coat rack in the hallway was great to accommodate all of our gear.Cons: no fireplace as shown in the description - didn't really need it. Early check in would have been nice.Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location, nice and cozy place

Overall the property was great, we had a great time. The only thing we were a bit annoyed was about the extensive cleaning instructions (remove all the trash, clean all the dishes and so on) when we are already charged separately for cleaning. And hot tubs in the building G (which was closest from our building) wasn’t working. Other than that it is a nice property, very close from the Ski resort and Main st.

Location is terrific for slopes!

The price of this condo is very reasonable for a 2 bedroom. We loved the location fro skiing. Things that need some attention include the beds which both sink in the middle and make sleeping difficult, need crockpot and larger saucepan, and lastly a couch larger than a loveseat. These are the important updates needed. The rest of the outdated furnishings and decor are just not that important for the price savings on Ski Hill. We also loved that it was ground floor and great TV in the living area.

I got the worst sleep of my life here. Constant dripping sound near the star way that runs all night, paired with hearing ALL movement from above.

Aging Good Location

Wasn’t expecting a Ritz, however, this unit really shows its age. Newer carpet and somewhat updated bathrooms. Hot tubs and saunas in both available locations were not “hot”. Housekeeping did not empty dishwasher. Double bed in 2nd. bedroom had a terrible mattress. I slept in the single bed with a better mattress.

Good and Bad

Summary: NOTHING about this condo is luxurious, but the location is great. It seemed clean, but extremely old and cheap. Good: -Location: Best location with easy access to peak 7 and 8 as well as down town on the Gold Bus route. . -Condo Management: Check in was easy. Manager was available and responsive immediately. Checkout was easy -Parking was available and close, but lot is tight and sometimes icy -Hot water and heater works: nuff said Bad: -Appliances are extremely old and outdated. -Pots, pans: mix and match at best. Able to make due, but very old and outdated. -Everything in the place is the cheapest option, old and outdated. -Shower is old and cheap -cabinets are old and if you pull them too hard, they just come out of the cabinet. All of the doors creak -The walls / ceiling is very thin. Every noise from this unit or the unit above will wake you up -no deadbold on the door -Furniture, beds and sheets are old and uncomfortable. -Hard to find outlets to charge phones without moving the beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was easy to access with only a few steps to the front door and a 2 block slightly uphill walk to the ski bus. We enjoyed the fireplace and had no issues with using it. This unit had plenty of room and good storage. The kitchen had adequate cookware although a few more microwaveable bowls or casserole dishes would have been helpful. The stacked washer and dryer were a handy amenity. Ample supplies of paper products, soaps etc. were a pleasant surprise. One bedroom has a porch light outside the window and we had to cover the shaded window with a towel to reduce the light coming in at night. Unit was found very clean, and we had a quiet stay. Management company easy to work with. We would stay again.
