Our stay was amazing! Very secluded and protected place. The home was perfect for our travels, close to the convention center and restaurants. Uber and Lyft work great, just be sure to tell the drivers that the place is in the alley behind the main residence. Super quiet and cozy. All the amenities were a blessing and unexpected. Highly recommend staying at this place, it's gem.

This was a very cute, well-maintained house. the neighborhood seemed somewhat sketchy, but we had no issues whatsoever. Lacy, the manager was very attentive to our needs and promptly had wash cloths and paper towels delivered to our doorstep. It was in a great location too - right near Old Towne. We had a great visit in Albuquerque!

Located between Old Town and Downtown, the home offers easy access to both worlds. Old Town’s adobe architecture, museums, and unique shops are just minutes away, while Downtown’s vibrant restaurants, breweries, and nightlife are equally close.

The neighborhood itself is peaceful and walkable, with tree-lined streets that make evening strolls especially pleasant. You’ll often see locals out walking their dogs, families biking, and neighbors stopping to chat, giving it a welcoming community feel.

What we enjoy most is the balance—our street feels quiet and relaxing, yet you’re never far from the action. In the mornings, it’s easy to grab coffee at a nearby café before heading out to explore. By afternoon, you can be at the Sandia Tramway, hiking trails, or Balloon Fiesta Park. In the evenings, some of Albuquerque’s best dining and entertainment are just a short drive or rideshare away.

It’s the perfect spot to experience Albuquerque’s culture, history, and outdoors without giving up comfort or convenience.
