Excellent stay.

Rental house was clean, spacious and well furnished. Pool was fantastic. The only issue with location is the volume of traffic. During morning and evening commute times a large amount of vehicles cut through this subdivision (at a considerable faster speed than the posted 20 mph) to get around other traffic.

This was the worst experience ever!!!

This house was the most dirty house that I have ever been in. The dust was everywhere. I think this house wasn’t cleaned for at least couple of years expect changing sheets. I send four pictures to the owners showing how dirty this house is however no respons. I have called, left messages no respons. I even wrote email asking for contact and telling that I will write the review about this dirty place, and what - no respond. I guess they don’t care about their guessts. I wish this website would allowe me to post these pictures that I took from this house. The only time I have heard from someone who is claiming to be security person taking care of the property is when my sons were playing in the pool with the ball and the ball hit th screen and made a whole. He said it would cost me $80 from the security deposit which is fine. However when it came to addressing all the issues that I had with this property - no respons. Floors were not washed, after my son walked in white socks for 30 min they were black. Kitchen cooktop was not cleaned, food was stuck to it; plates and utensils had food stuck to it. I had to dishwashe all of dishes before usage. Towels had block hear in them!!! Soooo discounting!!!!Had to go and buy new towels. Air vets were never cleaned, dust was even on the walls next to vents. Shower handals had brown thing growing in them. Overall the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this property to anybody!!! Please be aware!!! I am glad to send anybody my pictures

Enjoyed the house!😊

We stayed at this home for 5 weeks. The house is very cute, and the 5 bedrooms were perfect for us. We had the pool heated & used it every day. Great sidewalks for a morning walk or run, and the neighbors were friendly. Publix grocery literally 5 minutes away & other attractions within 30 minutes. Nice place

Nice place, good location. We played 10 different golf coursed all within 40 minutes drive. One small problem with TV and they responded quickly.

Great time

We stayed for a month. A couple of problems fixed . We had the pool heated and it was wonderful. The house was clean and organized. Sharon was good to work with and the owner was also. Hope to come back next year.

Very quiet and relaxing area

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. Olny had 1 problem & it was fixed within a couple hours. Its a little further away from the touristy type of things we are used to being around, but can get to them within 15-20 mins. A map of the housing community would be helpful. We were never able to find the playground for the kids. I would reccommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay for their vacation.

Lovely home, perfect location.

We are from the UK and were taking vacation with American relatives. This home made our stay work great. The furnishings are very nice and the location is perfect for access all the main attractions. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others. The home was was well presented with clean beds and bathrooms. All in very good condition, we did have a slight problem with the Air Con, but it was attended to promptly.. Thanks to all involved in presenting this property well.
