Enjoy dedicated beach access just a short stroll away, leading you to seven miles of sandy shoreline, tide pools, and stunning rock formations. Whether you're beachcombing, tide pooling, or simply soaking up the sun, the coastline here is unforgettable.
Comfort Meets Coastal Charm
Main Level: Drop your sandy shoes and stash your gear in the large storage room. Relax in the cozy family room with gas fireplace or enjoy easy access to the garage. On this level is a twin over full bunk bed, Playstation 5 console and large TV/hang out area. Also there is a dedicated game room with Foosball and Air Hockey for the entire family.
Second Level: Cook up a storm in the modern quartz island kitchen, unwind in the open living area with another gas fireplace, or sip coffee on the sunny south-facing deck. There's also a half bath, dog run, and a primary suite with walk-in closet and private bath. Outside on this level is a brand new hot tub.
Top Floor: Two vaulted bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with tub/shower combo.

We are newlyweds very much in love who work and live in Portland but we play here. We love this area and hope you will love it as much as we do. We are both avid sports enthusiasts, even though we both have full time day jobs and teenage kids. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
Why they chose this property
Olivia beach is the best area in Lincoln city and one of the best areas on the oregon coast. We have refreshed the entire house as follows: All new king bed frames, mattresses, new bunk beds including new mattresses. New TV's throughout the house. New games including Foosball and Playstation 5. The olivia beach neighborhood has so many amenities including: sand beach volleyball, Fire Pit, Heated swimming Pool, Workout Facility, park, outdoor grills, great access to the beach etc.

We are seasoned and experienced superhosts. we know that good, new and comfortable furniture matters. This place has all the cool amenities and comforts including a new hot tub, new grill, New beds/mattresses, upgraded TV's etc.
