Enjoy this bright & sunny fully renovated condo in Stone Harbor Gardens. This third floor unit offers a well equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 6. A comfortably furnished living room with flat screen TV, and an extra-large glass slider that gives you a view of the pool, and access to your private balcony that leads to the refreshing pool right below. Three, nicely appointed bedrooms with 1 queen (with TV) and 4 twin beds. The full bath has a spacious walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and a laundry closet with full size stacked washer/dryer. There is one assigned parking space in the car port under the building, a storage closet plus enclosed outside showers out back. Ideally located just a half block to the fishing pier, three short blocks to the beach, recreation fields, tennis courts and nightlife. A number of popular dining establishments and Bud's Market are right around the corner.
