WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront rea sort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-This vacation home does NOT allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Stayed for the 4th of July weekend. Got there and was a bit disappointed with the condo’s condition. Condo was nothing like what is shown in the pictures. The unit needs maintenance/touch-ups.

Elevator out of order

Overall, the room served its purpose. It appears as if hasn’t been remodeled in quite some time but that is not of importance to us. The worst part of our stay was having one of two elevators out for a 15 story building. We had to wait at times 15-20+ minutes just to get an elevator. We had young children with us as well as a pregnant woman. It definitely made things difficult and at times frustrating. The A/C was out in the elevator lobby on our floor as well. It was like a greenhouse in there. That definitely made things uncomfortable.

Room leaked water

When it rained during our second full day in the morning, lots of water was building up by both the master and living room windows. So much that it started to move toward the middle of the rooms. Then a leak from the celling in the master bedroom started dripping onto the master bed. Windows and screen door were locked. I called in the issues and after some time we were later moved from the 15 floor Penthouse into the 4 floor no view regular room for our remaining 3 nights. Overall Very disappointed knowing these issues where not easy fixes and didn’t just start becoming an issue overnight, rain water getting in somehow. Things happen, I understand. What I will never understand is when something like this happens to the customer and is not compensated in some way for the major inconvenience during our long awaited vacation.

Reid, I apologize for any misunderstanding Padre Island Rentals was happy to assist you and compensate you for the very rare and out of the ordinary issue with the leak. The options we discussed were to send someone over and reclean the condo and work to get the water stopped and cleaned up. This would have taken just a few hours and we understood it was an inconvenience. We understand the inconvenience and delays to your vacation so we did offer a refund or the option to upgrade you and your group for the remainder of your stay to the penthouse with a beautiful rooftop terrace that looks out over the beach. Again, I apologize if there was a misunderstanding, we covered the cost of the upgrade since the penthouse and balcony do rent at a much higher rate. We do our best to assist our guests and cover any inconveniences they may experience. I would be happy to follow up with you. I am also pleased to let everyone know that we are have recently had rain and no further issues with leaks. We are excited for all upcoming guests.
