What's special about our Condo: We are the best!!!!
1. First of all, you are directly on the beach with an oceanfront view of the white sand and emerald green water!
2. We are on the very desirable 6th floor. Easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk down when the elevators are too busy.
3. We have an "on property" water park that the kids will love. ...No extra charge...
4. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bath plus its OWN BALCONY over looking the Gulf.
5. Our condo is clean.
6. The 3rd bedroom has extra privacy. It's like an Efficiency apt. It has a refrigerator, microwave and hot plate.
7. Its right on the Gulf, facing the ocean, and the views are spectacular. Gorgeous view of the sunset every evening!
8. And the beds are comfy.

This is a full 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo Beach Front--West corner unit on the 6th floor! Unobstructed view to Destin. It's a new property, very well-insulated and quiet.
Watch for dolphins, sting rays, and sharks, as well as families of pelicans flying by at eye level from the balcony. Check out the new Pier Park town center with its many restaurants and cute shops, 2 miles to the east. Just a short distance to the west we have several architecturally and nationally acclaimed coastal towns such as Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Water Color. Panama City Beach Information Center is nearby at the intersection of HWY 98 and 79. Miles of beautiful white sand beach to walk. Family friendly or a romantic getaway… this is the rental that you have been looking for!

Such a lovely condo to take your family (adults and kids) to for an amazing time in Panama City Beach!Conveniently located on the end of PCB that is close to 30A and then also a short drive to the main dinning options of PCBGreat pool options...splash pad for young kids, 2 regular pools and a lazy river type pool!

Winter beach vacay

The condo was the perfect location with gorgeous views! There were plenty of beach toys/chairs, even had a beach cart to lug everything down there. The pools were wonderful, wish the lazy river and kids water slides were heated.

Fall Break Vacation

We took our four grandchildren to the beach for fall break. Our stay was nice, and we enjoyed our time there. This is a nice unit and large. We had few issues with some of the TV's not working in a few of the rooms but didn't worry about it because we were there to enjoy family time. I gave it five stars as I believe it was, I would only suggest that the owner update the kitchen pots and pans and few of the small appliances.

Condo was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Great location. Awesome balcony views. Beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows. Closet full of beach essentials was amazing!! The pack-n-play came in so handy and saved us from having to pack one. Even with 6 adults and 3 children there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together!! We try to make it Panama City Beach every few years and would rent 601W again in a heartbeat!!

Growing up in Minnesota we always had a love for the ocean and often went there on our family vacations. After retirement we made a trip to Panama City Beach on a recommendation of a friend. We fell in love with the place with its white sand beaches, emerald green gulf water and the lack of traffic congestion. Throw all that in with the new Pier Park, new airport and all the many other new enhancements to the area and we couldn't buy our first new condo fast enough back in 2004. We were so pleased with how it all worked out that we bought our 2nd condo in 2017. This one at Splash.. Tepee!! We feel like we found a real winner in the 'new' Panama City Beach.

Why they chose this property

We think the west end 3 bedroom unit on the 6th floor will be a big hit. We also think the water park and each bedroom having its own balcony won't hurt either. Don't forget this condo complex has a water park so don't forget the kids.
