This stunning oceanfront property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large deck overlooking the ocean, 2 beach's that are private to the local residents, and was freshly renovated to meet a very luxurious standard with white oak floors, marble, and so much more. The large array of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic ocean makes you feel like you're are on a boat.

Kitchen, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, bedroom #1, and a full bathroom.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Late summer stay

Amazing location on the water if you are looking for a quiet, private setting away from the crowds of Kennebunkport which is about 15-20 minutes away. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Paige responded very quickly to the few questions I had and my group of 5 adult women staying in this house to celebrate a birthday found it to be the most relaxing trip we’ve had. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. Private beaches are a very short walk down the dirt road and Fortunes Rocks beach a quick drive.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with the ocean literally in its backyard. Perfect location for visiting Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Loved it and hope to return.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at this waterfront Maine property. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for enjoying the Maine coast while still feeling peaceful and somewhat private. We especially loved sitting outside with coffee in the morning and taking in the incredible scenery. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a true Maine waterfront escape with unbeatable views, this property is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again.

Thanksgiving getaway!

What a wonderful property this is. The views are amazing. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee and just watching the water during the three beautifully sunny days we had. The amenities are perfect. We had everything we needed to prepare and serve Thanksgiving meal for eight people. The property manager Paige was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and share this home with our family and friends. Thank you very much.

Wonderful Vacation

Using Coastline Vacation Rentals was the best decision we made next to choosing Sea Spray Drive for our family vacation. Our communication with Coastline prior to our visit was very straightforward with no surprises. I especially liked that a real person answered the telephone when I called their office with some questions. Everything they presented was accurate, including the description of the home. The service overall was very personal and Paige was great! She was in close contact with us the moment we stepped into this gorgeous home. She was extremely knowledgeable and available with very prompt responses to our needs. She was very easy and pleasant to deal with throughout our stay. Our experience with Coastline was a 10 out of 10! 12 Sea Spray Drive was fantastic! It was a stunning setting with spectacular views and the location was quiet and very private. The home was extremely well-kept with all modern and “new” amenities. We spent much of our time in the home, mostly on the beautiful deck, and ended up using many of the appliances, which were all easy to use and in wonderful working order. Everything that was needed was provided and we especially loved the special touches for young children. It was a terrific family vacation and we plan to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Maine. The location is fantastic, and the views are absolutely amazing. The home was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the toys for the children—they were a thoughtful touch and kept our little ones entertained. Overall, it’s a beautiful home, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
